This is a group for creators of lace, NOT tattoos. ? Tatting is an old Victorian style of lace, made by tying knots, typically with the help of either a shuttle or needle. For now, the rules will be thus: 1. Please post your own work, whether complete or a work in progress. 2. If you purchased or received tatting as a gift, please state where you got the workmanship. 3. Photos of your shuttles, pattern books, etc. are allowed. 4. Don't just pull photos off of Google and put them here. We all love beautiful tatting, but this place is for your own tatting. 5. TBA Feel free to ask questions.

Hello, my name is Susan Zerwas and I am a textile artist from the Twin Cities. Pyrography is the ART of burning images into wood or other surfaces by hand using a hot tool.  If you want to learn about Pyrography, please join.   This will be a fun place to learn and share what you have know, including tips and tricks.
