This is a group is in memory of Tamera Field, a devoted cancer warrior who started this group on Facebook while battling stage 4 cancer. She grew her group from 1 member to over 13k during her battle. This group is strives to exchange legitimate information and share the lived experiences of alternative cancer treatments with or without conventional allopathic treatments (Chemo, Immunotherapy, Radiation, etc). What started out in January 2020 as 30 days to healthier living changed my life 2020. Starting weight was 155 pounds, heart attack or stroke seemed to be a reality in the making after putting myself in the hospital twice in two years. The doctor prescribed a statin, instead of taking it, I took charge of my own health by diet alone. My health improved greatly, blood panel showed a significant decrease in cholesterol, I no longer feel like a stroke victim waiting to happen. I now weigh 115 in December 2020; My ideal healthy weight.
