Hi, guys! This is a copy over from my Facebook group pertaining to Masto. Some members expressed wanting a new platform to join due to account suspensions. Big change to this group... I have made it PUBLIC, not pending my approval. That being said, below are the guidelines. Yes, this is like Geoffrey Rush's Pirate Code. No bullying. No spam. I got into researching masto after my best friend was diagnosed and had to have a hysterectomy and go on gleevic. It was awful, but she is now thriving. For a period of time, 2016-2018, I assembled care packages for individuals with masto that were specific to each person. (Everyone has different triggers that causes anaphylaxis.) I now just moderate the group as I have had to travel a lot for work. I don't have the answers, but love connecting people to those who do.

This group is for anyone who was diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), was prescribed a continuous positive air pressure machine (CPAP) but finds it hard or impossible to sleep while using the CPAP. This could be from feeling claustrophobic or "closed-in." The group shares things that have helped them sleep healthfully without having to use their CPAP.
