What started out in January 2020 as 30 days to healthier living changed my life 2020. Starting weight was 155 pounds, heart attack or stroke seemed to be a reality in the making after putting myself in the hospital twice in two years. The doctor prescribed a statin, instead of taking it, I took charge of my own health by diet alone. My health improved greatly, blood panel showed a significant decrease in cholesterol, I no longer feel like a stroke victim waiting to happen. I now weigh 115 in December 2020; My ideal healthy weight.
