I have been looking for a group for the Ketovore / Carnivorish practical eating with no processed, only whole foods. All I seem to find is groups filled with buy my product posts and using cheat processed foods. Or full of dessert recipes.
My goal in this group is to share recipes, ideas and even some experiences of eating. Whole Foods or as close to 1 ingredient foods as you can get. 20g or less of carbs a day limit , I strive for 10g or less. No spam, or scams. And everyone be nice.
There are no short cuts to keep all the carbs you come to love and become addicted to. You have to cut them, go through the withdrawal period to cleanse yourself. Subbing all the garbage on the market labeled keto or carnivore Will not help you get you health back, or help take the weight off. Commit to real whole food.

Animal by products (Dairy & eggs)
Animal fats (butter, ghee, lard, tallow or schmaltz)
Limited veggies ( broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels, cabbage, spinach & local in season Veg’s)
Limited fruit ( berries and local fruit in season)

NO, Processed foods (not even the ones that say keto on the package, they’re garbage)
NO, to almost no Carbs
