Preparedness
We are a Global Plant Based prepping group. Here we are free to discuss different methods of storage, the special needs of a plant based diet in creating and maintaining a food storage and emergency preparedness items.
As such, we are rebels, moving in somewhat uncharted territory. There are no recipes for many of the foods we store, so we experiment and share our results. We do not limit our preservation techniques to any country government agency’s regulations. Not all countries have access to the same methods of preservation, so all are welcome and respected.
Please when posting recipes, be sure they do not have any animal products (meat, eggs, dairy[butter, cheese, cream, whey, etc.],fish. Please adapt them before posting or if you are asking for suggestions on adapting a recipe please be sure to preface your posting with that heading.
Consider yourselves guests at my kitchen table, so please be kind, respectful and helpful to each other.
