I have the habit of voting on every voting day. My polling place is across the street from my house. Voted early Nov. 2024 because I was out of the state for that one. Nov. 4th was interesting because I was at a craft school loaded with liberals. The tears were flowing. 😂

View MoreMy letter to the Republican Committee of Beaver County: Republican Committee of Beaver County, Last night was the SOTU address. Like most people, I was glued to one of my electrical devices so I could listen in. In my opinion, along with millions of others, I thought that it was a great speech by President Trump and one that the Republicans should be able to easily capitalize on. Unfortunately, we all know that it's difficult to get conservatives out to rally the base and I understand why. Most conservatives tend to stick by their families and once we are done working for the day and doing our chores, we want to value some family time so it becomes even more difficult to attend meetings or rallies. But, I do see where we need to continue to support those who are willing to fight for us. Last night President Trump asked everyone "Stand if you agree: The first duty of the American government is to protect American citizens, not illegal aliens." With this statement, there should "not" have been one person sitting. Not One!!!! Every one in Congress has took an oath in order to serve this country and it's citizens, yet, not one democrat stood. This is not only shameful but also should be considered a case where every one of them should be impeached for openly admitting that they don't serve the American people. Now, we all know that if this such a case were brought up against Democrats they will probably just say something like "they don't serve President Trump". But this wasn't a question about President Trump. Also given what bills that the Democrats support it's obvious that they don't support the American people, especially since they are actively out to destroy ICE. We all know there are many Democrats who are on board with such bills. Below is a list of things that Democrats failed to stand for and I'm sure that we have many here in PA that should be called out as well on whether they would have done the same thing. Putting American citizens over illegal aliens Voter ID laws The murder rate at the lowest since 1900 Keeping violent criminals locked up Protecting parental rights Stopping fraud Angel families Price transparency Taking on drug cartels No tax on tips, overtime, and Social Security The most secure border in history The contrast could not be clearer: Similar to our representatives needs conservatives to turn out to the polls and vote, we need representatives that are ready and motivated to fight. We need representatives that aren't afraid to make bills that protect children, get rid of unnecessary taxes, protect religious cultures while calling out those religions that out to decimate all others, fight for voter IDs, protect our gun rights, open or report representatives who broke their oath (the whistleblower law that even Shapiro supports), support law enforcement, hold rogue judges accountable for releasing criminals who re-offends, and support our veterans and farmers. I can make this list a million times longer but there are smarter people out there than me who could make this list. I can keep going on and on about yesterday's SOTU address but I will end here for now. I apologize that I can't make the Republican Committee meetings or other events but I'm not one who likes making public appearances either. Thank you, Paul Minger
