But there the glorious Lord will be unto us a place of broad rivers and streams; wherein shall go no galley with oars, neither shall gallant ship pass thereby.
For the Lord is our judge, the Lord is our lawgiver, the Lord is our king; he will save us.
Note esp the last verse in this message to the faithful of Israel... The Lord is judge, lawgiver and king. Israel, even faithful, was far from perfect but they knew He would save the faithful.
To us whom Christ the begotten Son of God sacrificed himself on the cross to save, as we are faithful to follow what God has us do to our best?
The mission is mich the same. Be faithful. Work on improvement.
God will keep His promises in rewarding our faithfulness.
