1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
Optional Garnishes
Chopped Fresh Parsley or Chives (for garnish)
Combine the Base Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Creole mustard, and ketchup until smooth and well blended.
This creamy foundation is where all other flavors start to shine.
Add the Zesty Flavors: Mix in horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, fresh lemon juice, and hot sauce.
Each ingredient adds layers of complexity—from sharp heat
to tangy brightness—that define an authentic Louisiana Remoulade Sauce.
Season Thoroughly: Sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Stir well to ensure the seasonings are evenly distributed and build that classic Southern flavor profile.
Chill for Best Flavor: Cover and refrigerate the sauce for at least one hour.
This resting period helps all the flavors marry beautifully, making it richer and more cohesive.
