I've been in those shoes... They told me to my face I wasn't black, Latino, pregnant, or over 65.... There was nothing they could do. It's all political.

And it doesn't matter your disability. I know ppl that draw and work 60+ hrs a week doing hard labor no disabled person can do. So it's not really about that. It's about playing their game.
