Sunny: “Many Blacks don’t have cars or driver’s licenses due to the effects of slavery.” She is saying the effects of slavery still prohibit some Black people from knowing how to get a driver’s license, being able to afford a car, and having the same transportation freedom as everyone else.

I'm guessing those Blacks who can't figure out how to get a driver's license are, no doubt, Democrats. Because Black Republicans have no problem at all get driver's licenses or any other documentation that everyone else is capable of obtaining. Now, what do you suppose that means.
