Gorgeous Day to be Outside
It was 68°F for a high today. After the cool cloudy morning, the sun burst through brightly and warmed up the day wonderfully.
We had a lot of outside chores to do, whittling down what needs to be done before the cold settles in. The warm weather really made it a pleasure.
I also got in a bike ride, because it was so beautiful out and I had the time. The rest of the week will be pretty busy with many things already scheduled that will break up our days. Even when it is this warm, there is only so much time to get a bike ride in as the days are getting shorter faster. It may still be warm enough to be out riding later, but light is important on back roads. It is not like the summer when heading out at 7 pm is still light out for quite a while.
It is good to be able to enjoy every beautiful day we get, especially this time of year, whether to work or play, or a mix of both!
Stay strong! Take advantage of the time you have to enjoy God's creation as you go about your day.
