View MoreAugust 22, 2026, the 234th day of 2026 How Much Clearer Must it Get Before People See? Lately I try not to deal with the stupidity of humankind all that often, because it seems futile. Fools will be fools. Pointing out the fact that they are a fool does not make make them wise. But sometimes it just has to be said, as a warning to those who are starting down that path, to turn around before it is too late, and foolishness, instead of reason, has taken ahold of them. And sometimes we just need to encourage those on the right path, to stand strong and to let them know that they are not alone. Really, it is so obvious... Evil has become so unapologetically evil, that it is hard for me to understand how anyone with any sense at all does not see it, or can in any way make excuses for it. Instead they attack righteousness as if blaming all the woes of the world on Christians and Jewsis the answer. In fact, it is only because there are Christians and Jews in America that has kept America free and has given us a chance at overcoming evil and standing strong to the end. We, Christians and Jews, are God’s children, spiritually and in the flesh. Our prayers are heard by God and He acts on our behalf. Even when it does not look like it, God is working all things out for good to those who love Him and are His. But most of the best is yet to come, when Jesus returns. And much of the worse is yet to come, before that, in the reign of the Antichrist. So we stand with Jesus and against evil and we warn those who are being deceived, so they have a chance to turn. Evil doesn't give any room for dissent. History shows this, but those who ignore it find it out soon enough, when they allow evil to thrive and take control. And those who assume they can do better using the same formula that doomed other countries, have to be willingly blind to this fact. Look to God and His word for the truth instead of following after the foolishness of lost mankind. Turn to Jesus in repentance and surrender before the time has passed and the chance to repent is gone. "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.'" John 14:6 Stay strong! Jesus is the Only Way to God and to Eternal Life! Choose Jesus and follow Him if you want the Truth to dwell within you! NAN

View MoreAugust 19, 2026, the 231st day of 2026 What You Focus on Will be Your Reality People talk about "my reality," and "your reality," as if reality were something abstract that is different for all of us. True reality isn't open to interpretation, it just is. Something happened or it did not happen. That is why we call it reality. It is real. It is fact. People altering their perspective are not altering reality, but they are formulating their perspectives on reality. So, in a sense they are shaping their reality, though not really. Still, perspective is the thing that we can understand, that is shapeable, that can be altered and improved. Everyone sees the world around them through their own eyes, colored by their experiences and affected greatly by their focus. Whether you are contented or not depends on your focus. It doesn't matter how wonderful a life you have. It doesn't matter how hard a life you have. It is what you focus on that will make you a content person or not. It you have a wonderful life (funny, I wasn't thinking of that movie, but actually it fits), but you focus on anything that is not wonderful, you will not be content. But if you appreciate the life you have and focus on that, then you will be content. If you have a hard life, but you focus on the wonderful times, appreciating them, you will be content. If you focus on the hard things you will not be content. It is not the overall ease or harshness of our lives that make us the people we are. It is what we focus on that does. It forms our very reality. If we are not aware of this, and do not control our focus, it will be hard to be content, no matter how much good comes to us. If we are aware of this, we will look for the good and focus on the good, no matter what else is happening in our lives. It is not being ignorant of the problems we face, but not focusing on them that gives us strength. And what we think on affects that focus, through the peace of God. "Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—think on these things. The things which you learned and received and heard and saw in me, these do, and the God of peace will be with you." Philippians 4:8-9 Stay strong! What you focus on matters more than you think. NAN
