Building Up
There are times in our lives that are simply to build us up, to strengthen us, to equip us. They are necessary times, though not necessarily pleasant times.
God knows what is needful for us, even if we would not always agree. But when we repented and surrendered to Jesus as our Lord and Master, our King, we became God's child. We have put ourselves into His hands.
We trust God with our lives, or we have not surrendered fully to Him.
Those times may be hard. But looking back we see that we have developed faith muscles. We have talents are more refined. And we see gifts that have been honed.
Each step is important. Every step leads us closer to the person God made us to be.
Our greatest purpose is to become people that God can use for His purposes. And in the process His purposes become ours.
When we experience the moving of God in our lives, we discover that His wisdom exceeds all others. Allowing Him to move unhindered, the most can get done, even what had seemed impossible!
Stay strong! Let God work in you, so He can work through you!
