National Day of Prayer
All across America people are praying. And I am so thankful that we have a President who prays and believes in the power of prayer.
That is a blessing that even those who have no understanding should be grateful for, but of course, having no understanding, they will not.
But the rest of us can be thankful and we can pray! Prayer is the best we can do to make a real difference, because God is always the answer and always has the right answer.
Through the Holy Spirit, God even helps us when we don't know how to pray.
"Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. Now He Who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He makes intercession for the saints according to the will of God."
Romans 8:26-27
In all things, pray!
"Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
Philippians 4:6-7
