Enjoying the Colors
Today was the perfect day to be outside enjoying the Fall colors. It warmed up a bit faster than it had been most mornings since it began to turn cooler overnight. It also didn't rain overnight, so it didn't start out damp. That made a difference.
The sun started shining brightly earlier today, without early morning clouds. So it really started feeling nice pretty early.
We had a lot of work and organizing that took us in and out, so keeping the windows open and being able to go out without a chill was nice.
It is only just Fall, really. So we should have months of nice weather, but this is the Northwoods, so seasons don't mean much up here. Really, anything goes and we appreciate every day of good weather we get.
It is a beautiful day. The sky is a gorgeous blue and the trees, shrubs, flowers and grasses are in so many beautiful shades and textures. The air is fresh.
I thank God for His glorious creation and being able to spend time in it!
Stay strong! Nature testifies to its magnificent Creator! Appreciate Him as you appreciate it!
