[Do not be afraid; only believe. Mark 5:36, NKJV]
I know you struggle with anxiety, stress, and fears. Even though you try to ignore them, they remain in your mind and heart.
They infect your perceptions and affect your responses. They hinder your ability to experience peace and joy.
Stress and fear reduce your ability to love people. You are more likely to overreact even to a slight irritation. Minor problems can seem overwhelming.
Worst of all, your intimacy with My Father and Me fades or disappears altogether.
Child, it doesn’t have to be that way. In every situation you have a choice between fear and trust.
What keeps you from trusting Me?
Sadly, the less you know of My words, the harder it is to trust Me. My words not only reveal Me to you. They show you which choices to make in any situation.
As you express your faith in Me by doing what I say, your faith will grow. As you do what I say, you will become more intimate with Me and the Father.
Trusting Me will become part of who you are. And when you trust Me, your trust will drive stress and fear out of your mind and heart.
Faith and fear can’t control your heart at the same moment. As you choose to believe My words and act on them, you will continually experience My joy and peace.

If you see children at the bus stop with no adult around, stand in your yard or park nearby until they are safe on the bus.
If you see a mother distracted putting her groceries in the car, wait for a moment before exiting your car and watch her back.
If you are with a group of friends, and you see a woman walking to her car alone, escort her to the vehicle.
Too much is happening now, and we have to look out for one another. It takes a village. Let's come together and be the village! ♥️
