Graced with Wellness was birthed out of a 30 year warring battle with multiple cancers, chemo and radiation damage.

Genesis 50:20 is my anthem...“As for you, you meant evil against me, but God meant it for good, to bring it about that many people should be kept alive, as they are today.”

Now as a certified cancer exercise specialist, functional wellness coach and integrative nutritionist I share my #gracedwithliving journey with others and guide them on their own path to wellness through prayer, advocacy, healthy nutritional eating and toxin free living.
