While Jesus was teaching these things, and all these people were watching and listening, Jesus was taken up into heaven. It appeared to man that it was a cloud, however it could have been a whirlwind, that same as what took Elijah up into heaven.

Acts 1:1:10
"And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as He went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel;"

While they had total concentration in observing Jesus Christ being taken up into Heaven, two men were there standing by them. This could be symbolic of the two witnesses.
Jesus expects us to be witnesses for Him, as to how He walked the earth, how He suffered, and how He was raised, and how the power of the Holy Spirit came, or in this case, would come in ten days.
This no doubt was the same two that appeared in the tomb, when Jesus was raised from the dead, and they went to the opened grave.

Acts 1:11
"Which also said, 'Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, Which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen Him go into heaven.'"

Did you get that?
You are going to see Jesus come back to earth, at the second advent, coming "in like manner" as these men and women have seen Jesus ascend up into heaven. Jesus is going to return "exactly" as He had left.
There is not going to be a stopping in space, while some claiming to be Christians, are whisked away, flying out of here,
No; it will be exactly "in like manner" as Jesus' going into Heaven.
Jesus left from the Mount of Olives, and He ascended up into the clouds, and He is going to come back in the same manner. Not to park somewhere on a cloud, but, as you seen Him go, you will see Him return.
It can't be hard to understand as many so-called religious scholars try to make it, with all their "hocus pocus rapture doctrines".

1 Thessalonians 4:13-18
"But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope."

[14] "For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with Him."

[15] "For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep."

[16] "For the Lord Himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:"

[17] "Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord."

[18] "Wherefore comfort one another with these words".

Reading those verses,
I didn't read of any rapture; there's certainly not "any subject or object" of a rapture written in those verses.
Did you read anywhere in those verses in which some are left behind, while others are taken to heaven?
I didn't.
Did you read anywhere in those verses in which "unbelievers" must remain and experience the tribulation, but believers escape the tribulation by flying away?
I didn't.
.
Remember, when reading you must only regard to what the SUBJECT and OBJECT actually teach in the verse, NOT allowing "the traditions of men" to slip into your mind.
.
At times, this can be very hard, because as you read you can hear their words ringing in your mind. This is because you've heard them inject the "same lie" into those verses time after time, so now whenever you read those verses to yourself, you hear their lies ring in your mind (this is called brainwashing).
.
This is why they add their rapture 'theory' every time particular words come up or certain verses are read.
It's to develop a behavior pattern or a 'conditioned response' (or reflex) every time certain verses or words are heard or read.
.
PARTICULAR WORDS MEAN RAPTURE ?
Verse 17, of 1Thessalonians chapter 4, does have some of those very particular words (you were warned about above) which the pre-tribulationalist rapture theorists just love to quote all the time in their literature, such as: "caught up", "clouds", "meet" and in "the air".
.
The rapture "theorists" must take these words 'out of context' in order to build their doctrine of a rapture, but, IF you knew the proper "context" of the words in question, THEN their propaganda couldn't (deceive you) nor could any man deceive you, by any means.
.
Let's take a look at some of these words and then you go back and read the verses in question again.
.
Understand there are words in the English language which change meaning quickly depending on how they're used.
Take for instance; the other day I was supposed to have lunch with an old friend, but he got "caught up" in a meeting at work and had to cancel our lunch date, yet his feet are still firmly upon the earth; my point is, sometimes "up" doesn't mean the opposite of down.

FIGURES OF SPEECH
Paul used figures of speech at times to get his point across, for instance; a multitude of locusts are referred to as a "cloud" of locusts; a multitude of people forming a cloud-like mass can also be referred to as a cloud.
Paul actually used this idiom in Hebrews 12:1;
"...with so great a cloud of witnesses..."
so, as Paul wasn't referring to a body of fine water droplets in the atmosphere, in Hebrews 12, he's also not referring to a body of fine water droplets in the atmosphere in the 17th verse of 1 Thessalonians chapter 4.
.
BREATH OF LIFE
Do you know when man became a living soul?
"And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul" - Genesis 2:7.
.
This: "breath of life", is the Hebrew word: neshamah, (Strong's Hebrew: 5397), and means: "a puff", that is, "wind" or the "intellect."
.
THIS is what Paul was speaking of when he used the Greek word: "aer" (Strong's Greek: 109) in that 17th translated into English as: "air", but it doesn't and cannot mean atmosphere;
it's referring to the "breath of life body" or the "spiritual body", that is to say, your celestial body.
.
RIGHTLY DIVIDE THE WORD
Before you read those verses, again you should understand what the "subject" is and "rightly divide" the Word according to the subject.
.
Paul is teaching them about "where the dead are" (they, which are asleep). Paul doesn't want them (or us) "to be ignorant as the heathen are."
.
The heathen don't believe Jesus rose from the dead.
But, if you believe Jesus rose from the dead, then you must also believe all those, which are no longer alive in the flesh, have risen also, and are with Jesus in heaven (as discussed above), and its THESE souls that are referred to in verse 14, which will return "with Him."
.
That's why at the seventh trump the dead rise first, because they're ALREADY with Jesus.
.
This explains why those which are alive and remain shall not prevent (precede) them which are asleep (them which the flesh body has died), because ALL of the souls of those which have died believing in Jesus, are 'already' with Him, in Heaven, in their spiritual bodies.
.
Paul wants us to comfort one another with this knowledge, knowing our loved ones are in Heaven with Jesus and not asleep in a grave, and that we will see them at the seventh (final) trump. Paul taught about this in 1 Corinthians chapter 15;
.
Now read those verses again from your Bible,
use your Strong's Concordance you may find it helpful.
Pray to keep the traditions of men from ringing in your mind, and to allow God's Truth come through the pages.
Rightly dividing the Word will prove the rapture theory to be false doctrine!
.
Very soon after Paul's first epistle to the church at Thessalonica, he sent another epistle. We know this second epistle closely followed the first one because; Paul was still at Corinth with both Silas and Timothy.
Apparently Paul's first epistle confused some, so the second epistle was called forth and sent very quickly in order to repair the confusion the first epistle may have caused.
.
In Paul's second epistle we have careful statements, in plain terms, of events that were then in the future and which, not having yet taken place, are future still (at the time of the writing of this study).
.
The prophecy is given in such language that the simplest reader may understand.
.
This second epistle would specifically mention Paul's first epistle in verse two; Paul didn't want them to be "shaken in mind", or be troubled by his first letter, that the Day of Christ is at hand.
.
THE 2ND EPISTLE MAKES IT CLEAR
So this second epistle to the Thessalonians puts an end to any confusion over Paul's first epistle that anyone may have had.
.
The Holy Spirit through Paul gives important details connected with the coming of our Lord (The Day of the Lord) and the Warning in which that day would not come EXCEPT "a falling away" (apostasy) come FIRST (a warning much needed today) and the important prophecy regarding "the man of sin" (man of lawlessness).
.
Before we continue in this study it must be understood that the Greek language utilizes a transitive verb. A transitive verb means one cannot change the verb that has already been established; one must transfer the power of the definition to that which is being discussed.
Keep this in mind as we move forward.
.
2ND THESSALONIANS 2:1-12
[1] "Now We beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto Him,"
.
Paul stating we must have a serious discussion with you about "how" our Lord Jesus Christ comes and "how" we're going to gather back to Him; THIS is how it's going to happen, that's the subject.
.
[2] "That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand."
.
Don't allow any evil spirit, or any preacher man or even our first letter (1 Thessalonians) I wrote to you neither deceive nor confuse you.
Don't think it's going to happen at "any moment" because it's NOT.
.
The "day of Christ" in this verse is in fact:
The Day Of The LORD of Old Testament prophecy (see Isaiah 2:12).
The prophecy must be fulfilled first, that's what Paul is saying.
.
[3] "Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;"
.
[4] "Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God."
.
Paul explicitly stating, in which, that day "will not come, EXCEPT a falling away come first."
The words: "falling away" is one Greek word: "apostasia" (Strong's Greek: 646);
in English: "apostasy".
The apostasy will be a defection from (or a forsaking of) one's faith "en mass";
.
Paul continuing states, the son of perdition must also be revealed first.
There is only one "son of perdition" and as we know perdition means: "damnation" and "ruin" (a complete and irreparable loss of the soul).
There's only one entity that fits that description and you know that's Satan (Satan being the subject now).
In Ezekiel chapter 28, God sentenced Satan to death, that is to say, the death of the soul.
Paul is clearly specifying Christ isn't coming here UNTIL "the apostasy" and Satan (the son of perdition), the one going into Perdition comes here (to earth) FIRST and sits on Mt. Zion, in the Temple of God, claiming to be Jesus (claiming to be God himself), is revealed first.

[5] "Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things?"
.
[6] "And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time."
.
[7] "For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way."
.
Paul reminding them they know all this.
The word: "withholdeth" in verse six is: katechó (Strong's Greek: 2722) and means: "hold fast";
"ye know what withholdeth" (holds [him] fast) that he (Satan) might be revealed in his time (season).
.
The word: "iniquity" in verse seven is: anomia (Strong's Greek: 458) and means: "lawlessness"; "doth already work" (is already active).
.
The next part of the verse confuses some, but in the Greek, it's straightforward; the word: "letteth" is also the Greek word: katecho (Strong's Greek: 2722), "only he who now letteth" (only he who now holdeth fast).
.
Remember, the subject is still Satan, and "Letteth" is a transitive verb; so, the power of the definition transfers to it (letteth).
It's Satan, who holdeth fast to something, he holdeth fast to his position in heaven; until, as we read in Revelation 12:7-9, Michael and his Angels cast him and his angels out of heaven into the earth.
.
[8] "And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of His mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of His coming:"
.
The word: "Wicked" is: anomos (Strong's Greek: 459) and is the "lawless one";
The "spirit of His mouth" is the Word of God.
(the sword of the Spirit; Ephesians 6:17)
"and is quick and powerful and sharper than any two-edged sword" (Hebrews 4:12).
.
[9] "Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,"
.
This is the lawless one in his role as the false prophet who deceives so wonderfully with all the signs of Satan's angelic power.
.
[10] "And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved."
.
The deception of the lawless one misleads those that perish, that is to say, those that don't love nor even care enough about the Truth, to make the effort to find out, if they are really receiving the Truth of Salvation from the written Word; instead they've chosen to believe the 'theories' of men and listen to his traditions.
.
[11] "And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:"
.
Because they don't care enough about God to seek out His True Salvation, He will bolster the deception.
The fact of this passage occurring here should speak to us of the Love that Father has for His children. Almost two thousand years before the fact, Father would have these Words of Warning on this subject "spelled out" just for us, and the fact that the lie of the rapture is so prevalent in the world today, is proof, God's Word IS True.
.
[12] "That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness."
.
Those who love man's word over God's Word will be made to give an account for their work (Revelation 20:12, 22:12).
.
You must understand the correct 'sequence' of events, in which we gather back to our Lord at the seventh trump; it's so important to know the Truth about the rapture.
There are many Scriptures that should be "studied" to bring one to an even better understanding, in this study we've embraced just a few, so you should seek out a good Bible teacher that will teach you all of the Scriptures, "line-by-line, and chapter-by-chapter."
.
For instance:
Enoch and Elijah, they were taken (I believe Moses was also), but they were taken in a very specific manner, so there's no way this can be proof of the rapture.
Our Heavenly Father's Word makes it very clear what happened to Enoch and Elijah and informs us exactly how Jesus ascended into heaven and exactly how and when He'll return.
.
YOUR CHOICE
So, while the rapture theorists hang around waiting to" fly away"; students of God's Word will put on the" whole armour of God" (Ephesians 6:10-18), to stand "against" Satan, in that day we're delivered up for a testimony against them (Mark 13:9, Matthew 10:17, Luke 12:11),
praying and watching (Ephesians 6:18, Mark 13:35, 37, Matthew 24:42, 25:13, Luke 21:36, 1Thessalonians 5:6),
unlike those which (in ignorance) state they want to be "the first ones taken"; it's because they will NOT follow the article and subject of the Greek, they CANNOT KNOW that the first ones taken are taken by Satan!
.
The rapture can be found in every verse of the Bible if that's what you're looking for and you're willing to pervert and twist God's Word just to see it.
.
Father gives us all free will; the free will to choose between Him and Satan (in contrast: Satan will tempt, trick and lie to you), so, you believe in whatever it is you choose, God's Word or the traditions of men; but know this, teaching the traditions of men as if it was God's Word will not only bring His wrath upon you, it jeopardizes your very soul.
.
So then you believe in whatever you will, but don't ever teach the fabrications from the minds of men as if it were God's Word.
Know this; those that teach lies, God will visit upon those false pastors the evil of their doings (Jeremiah 23:1 forward).
.
I'd like to show you all the places in the Scriptures which tell us what "Adonay Yehovah" will do to all those that lie and mislead His children, but this study must have an end to it. We've covered a lot of ground exposing the theory of there being a rapture, as false doctrine and there's still more that could be brought to light.
There is a sufficient amount of evidence presented here (full study link below) to prove to any Christian that it's: "Thy Kingdom come," and NOT "Thy Kingdom go!"
This shouldn't be the end of your search for Truth, there are still good teachers in the world today, if you don't have a teacher that will teach line-by-line; go, seek one out, time is getting short. Either way, keep reading and searching the Scriptures and remember it's okay to listen to men, but whenever you do just make sure, to INSPECT their "fruit".
With that being said: please, you must understand it's not by our words, nor our wit, neither has it been in any measure our logic that's proven their teachings to be false; it's the "Sword of the Spirit", which is the "Word of God" (Ephesians 6:17) that has exposed their false teachings, we just wield the "Sword of the Spirit" as instructed to do as students of God's Word (Ephesians 6:11-17).

Hosea chapter 4
(in-depth) Bible study

The Book of Hosea is divided into two sections, the first of which is the first three chapters we have just completed giving us an overview as to the severity of the adultery/idolatry of God's people, along with His plan of salvation, (which is what the name Hosea means.) to take back His estranged wife, Israel (The Christian Nations of North-western Europe, the Isles of Britain, and the Americas).

This second section, from chapter 4 to the end, contains the details of Israel's transgressions and transgressors as our Father presents His legal case against her and lays the foundation for the Judgment to come at the return of Christ.
.
Tim. 4:1
"I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at His appearing and His kingdom;"
.
The "quick" are those who are "spiritually alive", i.e. have eternal life. Their judgment shall be reward and their relief shall be eternal life whereby they are no longer subject to further judgment or the second death (Rev. 20:6).
.
The "dead" are the "spiritually dead" and they will be required by the Judge, to go through the "probationary" period of the Millennium, to await final judgment at the Great White Throne, before they can receive eternal life.
.
You see, the problem is that God's children have forgotten His Word and have once again gone astray. There is perversion and much corruption in our land.
.
It is written concerning the judgment that shall come that it will begin at the house of the Lord (1 Pet. 4:17), i.e. with the preachers and teachers of His Word. Therefore, our Father begins His case in this fourth chapter of Hosea against the priests of our land for their failure to perform their duties and educate our people in the knowledge of His Word.

Hosea 4:1
"Hear the word of the LORD, ye children of Israel: for the LORD hath a controversy with the inhabitants of the land, because there is no truth, nor mercy, nor knowledge of God in the land."
.
Hear ye, hear ye, hear ye, ye children of Israel!
Thus saith the LORD God!
The LORD has a "controversy" with the inhabitants of the land. The word "controversy" is a legal term meaning "contest" or "suit". (Let's see, we here in America, are now certainly in a "contest" period as a nation, aren't we?) Think abortion and same sex marriage! Think "GO ALONG TO GET ALONG" as most Christian churches do.
"Controversy" = riyb, reeb, Hebrew 7379; or rib, reeb;
From Hebrew 7378 (riyb);
a contest (personal or legal) :- + adversary, cause, chiding, contend (-tion), controversy, multitude [from the margin], pleading, strife, strive (-ing), suit.

[2] "By swearing, and lying, and killing, and stealing, and committing adultery, they break out, and blood toucheth blood."
.
"They break out" means they "breach" the law, the Word of God, and "blood touches blood" is a figure of speech meaning they commit "one sin after another".
We have already learned that adultery is symbolic of idolatry, so while these sins of swearing, and lying, and killing, and stealing, and committing adultery certainly are prevalent in our land, one must understand that in reality they are but "symptoms" of our spiritual sickness caused by the "lack of the knowledge" of the Word of God.
.
[3] "Therefore shall the land mourn, and every one that dwelleth therein shall languish, with the beasts of the field, and with the fowls of heaven; yea, the fishes of the sea also shall be taken away."
.
There shall be, even as there is already is, great lamentation (mourning) in the land, not only among the inhabitants thereof but even among nature itself which groans in travail.
In other words there is both spiritual pollution as well as physical pollution.
So "hear ye now the Word of God" as He gives witness and testimony to the sources of the problems in our land.
Again, the first complaint is against preachers.

Hosea 4:4
"Yet let no man strive, nor reprove another: for thy people are as they that strive with the priest."
.
Here are few quotes from some other translations to make the point.
"Don't point your finger at someone else, and try to pass the blame to him! Look, priest, I'm pointing my finger at you!" (LB)
.
"But it is not for any man to bring a charge, it is not for him to prove a case; the quarrel with you, false priest is mine." (N.E.B.)
.
"But let no man denounce, no man rebuke; it is you, priest, that I denounce." (JB)
.
Have you got the point?
As stated before, the problems in our land are symptoms of our spiritual degeneracy. The question is, "Who is responsible to teach and give spiritual guidance unto our people?"
Right, the priests and ministers are to "Feed the Sheep" the Truth and knowledge of God's Word.
Where are those teachers of Truth?
They are few and far between.
But know this: If you are teacher of God's Word you had better be knowledgeable and not mislead God's people by withholding Truth and teaching the 'fairy tale' traditions of men, like snakes and apples and rapture theories and Easter bunnies, etc., for it is written that God will hold you responsible for the spiritual death of the people of your congregation and even the "sicknesses" in our land.

[5] "Therefore shalt thou fall in the day, and the prophet also shall fall with thee in the night, and I will destroy thy mother."
.
The Word of God says you are all "going down" together, people and priest alike. For although the priest has forsaken the knowledge of the Word of God and substituted in its place the "traditions" of men, the people who listen to them without holding them accountable will also suffer, even as they now do, and mother Israel (The Christian nations of western Europe and the Americas) shall be spiritually destroyed just like she was physically destroyed.
.
Did you know that?
Did you know that the king of Babylon, Satan as the false-christ, is coming to take captive and slay the children of God, SPIRITUALLY, just as the king of Babylon PHYSICALLY came against Israel?
In other words, the great battle of the last days, the events of Revelation for example, is not of blood and guts but of the spirit, which is why you must have the Gospel Armor (Eph. 6) on to stand against the "fiery darts" of Satan!
So, if you have read and studied the Word of God and understand the history of the king of Babylon's sieges of Israel and Judah, then, you have a clear "picture" in your mind of the spiritual captivity and spiritual slaughter of these last days.
All those things happened to our ancestors as ensamples for us in this final generation, as Paul explains in 1 Cor. 10:11:
"Now all these things happened unto them for ensamples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come."
.
However, if you remain ignorant of God's Word and do not study it, even though some false preacher tells you not to worry about studying Revelation because Jesus is going to come "fly you away" in the Rapture-mobile to a place of safety, you therefore reject God because you reject His Word.
If that's the case then quite frankly, you are in big trouble and will be among those spiritually destroyed for lack of knowledge, a foolish virgin indeed!

[6] "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to Me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children."
.
How many Christians, even Christian ministers, do you know who understand the Law of God; not the Ten Commandments, but the "Law" as in Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy? It used to be a requirement in this nation that in order to be a judge of our people you needed to know the books of Leviticus and Deuteronomy.
Now those books of wisdom are not even allowed in our schools and our courts! Therefore the source of True wisdom itself has been forsaken and do the preachers care? There may be a separation of "church" and state in our Constitution (as in establishing a state church), but I assure you there is no separation of God and state in our Constitution.
Here is what our Father says about this foolishness of our people through His prophet Jeremiah:

Jeremiah 4:22
"For my people is foolish, they have not known me; they are sottish children, and they have none understanding: they are wise to do evil, but to do good they have no knowledge."
.

If your preacher isn't teaching you the Word of God chapter by chapter and line by line, then what are you doing listening to him or her?

Hosea 4:7
"As they were increased, so they sinned against Me: therefore will I change their glory into shame."
.
Christ said there would be "Many" who would come in His name, as Christian ministers, and deceive Many of our people" (Mat. 24, Mk. 13).
How, you ask?
By teaching the traditions of men, i.e. playing church and promoting every good work EXCEPT teaching the knowledge of the Word of God! The PROOF is the fact that we are nation of Biblical illiterates with a huge United Way fund!
Note:
It is fitting as we discuss teaching God's Word to remember that we are admonished in 2 Tim. 2:15 to not only study His Word, but in doing so to rightly divide it. To that end, be advised that the latter portion of Hosea 4:7 is not correct as it appears in the King James Version. Here is what that famine is:
Amos 8:11
"Behold, the days come, saith the Lord GOD, that I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the LORD:"

Our nation has become a spiritual desert, a Valley of Dry Bones (Ezekiel 37), as result of this great famine. And we are suffering from the "pestilences" which always follow famine, even those pestilences described in verse 2 (Hos. 4:2), i.e. the adultery, the sodomy, the abortion, the lying, the cheating, the stealing, the corrupt justice, etc.

[12] "And they shall wander from sea to sea, and from the north even to the east, they shall run to and fro to seek the word of the LORD, and shall not find it."

Again, our people are being "spiritually starved to death". They wander from "sea to shining sea" trying to find some spiritual food, some meat from God's Word that satisfies the soul, but they cannot find it!

You see, the preachers (the one verse revs.) in so many of the churches in this land merely pass around a baby bottle of milk (Heb. 5:12) or toss a few morsels to their congregations, i.e. read only a few verses, and then they get down to their real business at hand and pass the "basket" for themselves!
I mean, suppose you were hungry and you went to a big fancy restaurant with stained glass all around, and you sat down expecting to be served a satisfying meal, and all they brought you was a gold platter with one or two croutons on it. Would you then pay them for the price of a fine meal? Somehow the word "sottish" (stupid) comes to mind.

[13] "In that day shall the fair virgins and young men faint for thirst."

Remember those 10 Virgins and how 5 of them did not make it to the marriage of the True Bridegroom? They did not have enough "oil" in their lamps from the Word of God, did they?
They should have read and taken heed to Hosea 4:6 that we read earlier: "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge:".
Now let's look at Hosea 4:10 again.

"For they shall eat, and not have enough: they shall commit whoredom, and shall not increase: because they have left off to take heed to the LORD."

Many Christians wonder why their prayers are not answered and why they are not blessed. It may well be "because they have left off to take heed to the LORD"?
They do not study His Word so how could they take heed to His Word?
Should our Father reward their disobedience to Him, even though they have been blinded by the blind (preachers)?

Yes, judgment day is soon coming and our Father is presenting His case right here in this Book of Hosea. So consider yourself briefed on the complaint. However, if you are one of His faithful virgins and your name is written in the Book of Life as one who is forgiven and exempt, then you are blessed indeed, for you are not named as a defendant in this case.
All others shall give testimony and present their case before the Judge.
Jesus Christ warned us in Mat. 24, Mark 13, & Luke 21, that in the last days there "would be great famine in the land" because of the MANY Christian priests and preachers who would deceive and starve our people (to spiritual death) by not feeding them the Truth, i.e. the Bread of Life from the Table of the Lord. These false prophets teach not from the True prophets but from "quarterlies" handed down by deacon boards and they cause our people to believe and practice the traditions of men;
But, NOT OF GOD!!!
Therefore, as we learned in verse 10 in our last study, our people have become harlots and they commit gross spiritual whoredoms because they do not listen to the LORD, the Word of God.

Folks, this is as basic as it gets.
It is the old 1, 2, 3, punch from Satan himself.
(1) You eat bad spiritual food and

(2) are seduced into committing spiritual whoredom, because

(3) you have left off taking heed to the LORD, i.e. keeping His commands, the Word of God.
In fact, this is as it was in the beginning, even in the garden of Eden. You see, everyone knows that God told mother Eve not to eat the fruit from the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil which was in the midst of the garden, right?
The only problem is that most people do NOT know what that "fruit" was (she had sex with him/Satan anyway!) that she was not supposed to eat, nor do they know who the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil was.
As a result we are overrun in this 21st. century with Kenites (grand-children of Cain) revising our Bibles and telling our preachers what to teach or not teach!

The Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil
(note: trees do not know anything about good and evil)
was the beautiful and charismatic archangel, Satan himself, the first "super-preacher" of this flesh age. (For those with eyes to see, Satan is "the first and the last" false messiah of this flesh age.) he was that corrupt tree who brought forth the evil fruit in the beginning, i.e. the lies and false doctrines concerning the Word of God, that Adam and Eve "ate" from, as in consumed.
It is written that the Tree of Life (Jesus Christ) was also in the garden of Eden, but Adam and Eve "took heed" and listened to the wrong tree!
"Fruit" is symbolic of that which a person produces?
Here is Jesus Christ explaining the fruit produced by "trees" which themselves are symbolic of persons (read Ezek. 31).

Matthew 7:17
"Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit."

And so it is that Satan, the evil and corrupt tree, that old box cedar (Ezk. 31:30), will be cast into the lake of fire along with all the saplings (Kenites) he produces.

So where should Christians get their "fruit" from?
The answer is from the Tree of Life, from the eternal Word of God. In fact, later on in this Book of Hosea, (salvation) our Father will liken Himself to an "evergreen tree" (symbolic of eternal life) and He will declare that Ephraim, representing the 10 Tribes of the House of Israel, should get his "fruit" from Him:

Hosea 14:8
"Ephraim shall say, 'What have I to do any more with idols? I have heard Him, and observed Him: I am like a green fir tree. From Me is thy fruit found."

It is also written in Rev. 22:2 that throughout eternity we will receive "fruit" from that Tree of Life:
"In the midst of the street of it [New Jerusalem], and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations."

So what happened to Adam and Eve after they ate the evil fruit from the corrupt tree in the midst of the garden? It is important that we take the time to understand what happened in the beginning, for the rest of this chapter in Hosea is actually self explanatory if you know how it was in the beginning.
So... to the garden we go...
Genesis 3:2
"And the woman said unto the serpent, 'We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden:"

[3] "But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.'"

This is the basic Salvation message, from the very beginning, stated in the negative.
If
(1) you follow the spurious messiah (Satan) and
(2) you are seduced by him, then
(3) you will perish because you "believed not" the Word of God!
It must be pointed out again that the word "touch" in Hebrew has to do with "seduction".
Here is Strong's definition.

Now, here is what the first false preacher of God's Word had to say to Eve, for you can be sure He represented himself as one possessing great spiritual wisdom and knowledge:

The Hebrew word translated "man" in Genesis chapter one, verse 26 is "adham" and it means "mankind in general" including the races.
The Hebrew word translated "man" in Genesis chapter two, verse 7 is "eth-ha adham" and it means this one man in particular.
That is why it is so important that you study a Bible like "The Companion Bible" which is translated from Manuscripts that were protected by "The Massorah"

It should be understood that no one from the forming of " 'eth-'Ha 'adham ", with the article and particle, which means; "this same man Adam", as described in Genesis charter two, had died up to this point which is key to understanding why it is that the sons of God must be "born from above" and dwell in flesh bodies and experience the first death, the death of the flesh, BEFORE judgment!
Hebrews 9:27
"And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment."
Then they will know from their flesh experience what God is talking about concerning the second death, spiritual death, the death of their soul.

It is True that humans had died, physically before that, but they were descendants of " 'adham ", without the article and the particle which means "mankind", male and female, in general (the races) as described in Genesis chapter one.
But, I don't know if Adam and his help meet Eve knew that.

They were isolated and lived in a special garden God made for them!

[5] "For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil."

Satan used 'religion', the profane reasoning of the Word of God, to deceive and seduce mother Eve. He told her that you do not need the Word of God to discern between Good and Evil, the Holy and the Profane, The Tree of Life and the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil, i.e. between Satan and Jesus Christ.
That ability to discern between the Holy and the Profane will be what is taught in the Millennium by God's elect to those of the House of Israel who are deceived by the spurious messiah, Satan:

Ezekiel 44:23
"And they shall teach My people the difference between the holy and profane, and cause them to discern between the unclean and the clean."
.
As it is written, Satan's ceremonies and his sweet words of comfort and promise of reasoned salvation (i.e., you won't surely die if you are a good person) all sounded real good and reasonable to Eve. She started to listen to the corrupt tree's profane wisdom and told her husband Adam all about her newly found source of knowledge and wisdom. And the next thing you know, there was a orgy going
on! Right there in the Garden (Fig Grove)

[6] "And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he* did eat."

Here we go again:
(1) it looked and sounded good (like the correct interpretation of God's Word, i.e. like the good food, like the bread of life),
(2) it "felt" real good, and
(3) so it MUST BE the right tree to make one wise and lead one to salvation.
.
And so it is written that Eve was first to believe Satan's version of God's Word and she convinced Adam whereby they both consumed (ate) his "fast food", his garbage doctrines.
Furthermore, Eve did "touch" the corrupt tree, i.e. she was physically seduced and became the first "harlot", the manifestation of being the first 'idolater'.
And as a result of her "seduction" she conceived and brought forth Cain, the offspring of the Serpent, the father of the Kenites.

That's right, Cain was "not" Adam's son which is why he is "not listed" in Adam's genealogy in chapter 5 of Genesis*. Cain's genealogy is listed in chapter 4 of Genesis.

Also, we receive many questions asking whether or not Adam participated in the seduction, the "affair", which took place in the fig grove. It is written that they both were deceived, i.e. ate of the bad fruit, Eve directly from the voice of Satan and Adam through the voice of the woman. It is not written that they both "touched" the tree, though they will both discover their nakedness. Obviously Eve did "naga" because she conceived and the result was that her punishment was to be sorrow (labor pangs) in child bearing,
which follows "conception".

Genesis 3:16
"Unto the woman He said, "I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee.""

Adam's punishment was meted out because he listened to the sweet talking voice of the woman and thus ate of the SAME fruit of the tree, repeated through the mouth of the woman.

Genesis 3:17
"And unto Adam He said, "Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, 'Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life;""

It seems apparent that Adam did not "dress and keep" the garden according to God's Commands as it is written in Genesis 2:15-17 where we read,
"And the LORD God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it."

[16] "And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, "Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat:"
.
[17] "But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die."

Had Adam properly "dressed and kept" the garden he was given charge over he would not have listened to the voice of Eve. Even so, if you properly "dress and keep" and sow and cultivate the Word of God, you won't be deceived either.
Now, let us pause for a moment and consider mother Eve. Do you think she was a bad person? Of course not! In fact, Eve knew of God's Command not to eat of the fruit of the tree which was in the midst of the garden and she let Satan know so.
Furthermore, there is no record of her disbelieving the Command not to eat (consume) Satan's fruit (his lies)!
How is it then that she was so easily deceived and seduced?
Must we re-quote Hosea 4:10?
Hosea 4:10
"For they shall eat, and not have enough: they shall commit whoredom, and shall not increase: because they have left off to take heed to the LORD."

Adam and Eve, God's children, were just like the MANY good Christian folks today. They did not "take heed" to the Word of God. Instead, they listened to Satan and swallowed his religious lies when he said "God said this, and God meant that" when He did NOT!
They did not return unto the Father and seek HIS counsel because... hey, it all looked and sounded true and it felt real good, just like Churchianity does today! Since they did not return unto Him, He would come to visit them in the "cool" of the day, i.e. in the "ruach" which is in the spirit (if you understand)!
Let's return to the garden.
Gen. 3:7
"And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons."

They got one rude awakening, didn't they?
Then they tried to cover-up what they had done and hide themselves from the presence of the LORD God.
.
[8] "And they heard the voice of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God amongst the trees of the garden."
.
[9] "And the LORD God called unto Adam, and said unto him, "Where art thou?""
.
[10] "And he said, 'I heard Thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself.'"
.
As it was in the beginning, so shall it be in the end, when the Lord returns in the "cool of the day" and visits those who were deceived by the false-christ, "that old serpent called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world" who is "cast out into the earth, and his angels are cast out with him" (Rev. 12:9).
It is written in Rev. 6:15-16 that when Yeshua returns, those who were deceived will try to hide themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains;
[16] "And say to the mountains and rocks, 'Fall on us, and hide us from the face of Him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb.'"
They will know that they are "spiritually naked" and that they have been whores and harlots, and they will be greatly ashamed.

[11] "And He said, "Who told thee that thou wast naked? Hast thou eaten of the tree, whereof I commanded thee that thou shouldest not eat?""

Go ahead, listen to the Christian preachers and consume their fruit without checking them out in the Word of God!
But, be warned, that if you do, you may find yourself as Adam and Eve, trying to hide your shame from the face of the LORD God because you thought the "fruit" you were eating at church was "good" to eat when all along you were being deceived and seduced and had become a spiritual WHORE! Your Father has told you NOT to eat bad fruit, so you had better check it out!
Yes, if it all looks good, sounds good, and feels good, you better watch out!.

Hosea 4:11
"Whoredom and wine and new wine take away the heart."
.
Wine is produced from fruit and the wine that takes away the heart, which means takes away understanding, is made from BAD FRUIT!
Our Father consistently, throughout His Word, uses adultery and drunkenness to "symbolize idolatry and spiritual fornication".
Remember the famine of Amos 8:11?
The same is told of by the prophet Isaiah:
Isaiah 29:8
"It shall even be as when an hungry man dreameth, and, behold, he eateth; but he awaketh, and his soul is empty: or as when a thirsty man dreameth, and, behold, he drinketh; but he awaketh, and, behold, he is faint, and his soul hath appetite: so shall the multitude of all the nations be, that fight against mount Zion."

Only the Bread and pure Wine from the Word of God can give you life!
.
[9] "Stay yourselves, and wonder; cry ye out, and cry: they are drunken, but not with wine; they stagger, but not with strong drink."
.
Many people are 'spiritually drunk' with religion, such as "Churchianity", and it has blinded their eyes to Truth. Our Father allows it to be so, in order that they might discover their shame and their salvation may be effected.
.
[10] "For the LORD hath poured out upon you the spirit of deep sleep, and hath closed your eyes: the prophets and your rulers, the seers hath He covered."
.
The preachers and ministers, with all their sheepskins and Degrees of Divinity and Doctorates of Theology, cannot understand the simplicity of what happened in the garden of Eden. They present the Word of God to the people as being full of "mysteries" that only they, the learned, can understand.

[11] "And the vision of all is become unto you as the words of a book that is sealed, which men deliver to one that is learned, saying, 'Read this, I pray thee:' and he saith, 'I cannot; for it is sealed:'"
.
You should hear the many "stupid" interpretations of the Book of Revelation by these so-called learned men of the cloth.
Oh well, anyone who thinks a garden snake can trick someone into eating an apple cannot be expected to possess much in the way of spiritual understanding, can they?
So let's take the Good Book to a layman of the church:

[12] "And the book is delivered to him that is not learned, saying, 'Read this, I pray thee:' and he saith, 'I am not learned.'"
.
The church member who has perhaps sat in a pew faithfully each week for 30 or 40 years says,
"You will have to ask the minister, the learned man, what this verse means."
.
And so it continues with the blind leading the blind!
.
[13] "Wherefore the Lord said, "Forasmuch as this people draw near Me with their mouth, and with their lips do honour Me, but have removed their heart far from Me, and their fear (reverence) toward Me is taught by the precept of men:""
.
They sing praises and give glory to God, but they have none "understanding", i.e. their heart is removed ("taken away" as in Hos. 4:11), because all they know about God is what they have learned through the traditions of men!
And that is BAD FRUIT!
Again, many, many good natured Christians have attended church and Sunday school for years and years and yet they are still completely Biblically illiterate.
Why?
You know why, because of "the famine", because the Word of God is not taught to them "chapter by chapter and line by line".

How can a person understand the Book of Hosea if they do not know the basic principles of His Word, like what happened in the garden?
How long have you been a Christian?
Have you gotten to the 'meat' of His Word?
.
Here is what Paul has to say about many churchgoers:

Hebrews 5:12
"For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat."
.
Our people sit in church pews and sing songs and give praise but they learn NOTHING. Their church is therefore a "House of Emptiness" which is "Beth-aven" in Hebrew. "Beth" means "house" in Hebrew. So Beth-el is "House of God", Beth-lehem is "House of Bread", etc.

[13] "For every one that useth milk is unskilful in the word of righteousness: for he is a babe."
.
If you are unskillful in the Word of God, of how much use can you be to your Father? How could you possibly "dress and keep" His Garden and "sow and reap" in His Field, if you do not even know His Instructions, much less "do" them?

[14] "But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil."

Unless you "take heed" to the Word of God and follow Him, neither shall you be able to tell the 'difference' between the Good Tree and the Bad Tree. Again, most Christians today eat exactly the same fruit Adam and Eve ate and they do not even know it! Their day of shame is soon coming!

Hosea 4:12
"My people ask counsel at their stocks, and their staff declareth unto them: for the spirit of whoredoms hath caused them to err, and they have gone a whoring from under their God."

"Stocks and staffs" are symbolic of "idolatry" and "divining rods" that people turn to for counsel and comfort instead of God's Word. Did you know an idol can be a church or a religion that even calls itself "Christian"?

(Rev. 12:7-9) Did you know that when Satan is cast out of heaven to this earth he will call himself "Jesus"?
You see, any spirit that is not of God and does not align with His Word is a "spirit of whoredoms" which cause God's people to err and go "whoring from under their God".

Have you ever read what Jesus told the scribes and Pharisees, the 'religious' leaders of the people, in Matthew 22:29 concerning erring?
"Jesus answered and said unto them, Ye do err, not knowing the scriptures, nor the power of God."

To that end we are instructed in 1 John 4:1
"Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world."

There are a bunch of "bad trees" out there who will cause you to be seduced. Our Father says "Test them" ALL with the Word of God before you believe them. You can either "take heed" to that command or take your chances and "wing it". Good luck!

Hosea 4:13
"They sacrifice upon the tops of the mountains, and burn incense upon the hills, under oaks and poplars and elms, because the shadow thereof is good: therefore your daughters shall commit whoredom, and your spouses shall commit adultery."

Here is another question:
Have you ever read about the "grove worship" upon the tops of the mountains, i.e. the religious sexual orgies of Ashtoreth, also known as Ishtar, from whom we get the word "Easter"?
Speaking of whoredoms, did you know that Ishtar (Easter) was a "sex goddess" and that Ishtar "eggs" and "quick-like-a-bunny rabbits" are symbols of sexual fertility?
Better get yourself a good Bible Dictionary and do a little research. You might be eating some really bad fruit, or shall we say rotten eggs!

[14] "I will not punish your daughters when they commit whoredom, nor your spouses when they commit adultery: for themselves are separated with whores, and they sacrifice with harlots: therefore the people that doth not understand shall fall."

To understand this verse you need to look up the word "themselves" which means "men", as in priests.
(Note: If you have a Companion Bible it will explain this verse.)
In other words, what God is saying is that He is not going to just punish the whoring daughters and adulterous spouses (both of the House of Israel), because the men, the priests, are "seducing" the Temple-women right in the temples, which are supposed to be houses of God, i.e. Beth-els!
You see, the same thing is occurring 'spiritually,' in the churches in this great nation!
Do you understand?
"The people that do not understand shall fall (Hos. 4:14)!"

Hosea 4:15
"Though thou, Israel, play the harlot, yet let not Judah offend; and come not ye unto Gilgal, neither go ye up to Beth-aven, nor swear, The LORD liveth."

You better be careful where you "swear" as in where you give your allegiance and worship God. Father has instructed us NOT TO "go ye up" and worship in a Beth-aven, a House of Nothingness, wherein there is NO Truth taught.
As far as Judah is concerned... well, historically the House of Judah survived a little longer but also went the way of the House of Israel and became an harlot!

[16] "For Israel slideth back as a backsliding heifer: now the LORD will feed them as a lamb in a large place."

Your Companion Bible will explain this verse which basically means that Israel has been as stubborn as an old heifer and so Father has to treat her and feed like a baby.

[17] "Ephraim is joined to idols: let him alone."
.
Ephraim is symbolic of the 10 tribes and the word "joined" means "mated" or "united". The House of Israel is joined, as in "mated to", to idolatry, which is simply Churchianity "disguised" as Christianity!
You might even say that our people are barking up the wrong tree!
You see, our people cannot tell the difference" between religion and reality, between the fake Christianity and the real Christianity, between the fake Jesus and the Real Jesus, between Satan and Jesus Christ, between the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil and the Tree of Life!
They do not test the fruit they eat because
(1) it looks good to eat,
(2) it tastes and feels real good, and
(3) therefore it must be the good and righteous tree!
WRONG!
Always remember where are you supposed to get your fruit? Remember also that the day is soon coming when Jesus Christ will return and (for 1000 years, during the Millennium) Ephraim, the 10 Tribed House of Israel (in fact ALL of Israel, Judah included), will no longer eat fruit from the bad tree.

Hosea 14:8
"Ephraim shall say, 'What have I to do any more with idols? I have heard Him, and observed Him: I am like a green fir tree. From Me is thy fruit found."

Hosea 4:18
"Their drink is sour: they have committed whoredom continually: her rulers with shame do love, Give ye."

Their "wine" that they think is so sweet and good tasting is SOUR, i.e. it is BAD STUFF, the product of Bad Fruit! It is the wine of the wrath of fornication and our people wallow in spiritual drunkenness from that sour wine.
Their "rulers" tell them that the way to show your love to God is to "just believe" and do good deeds for your fellow man and give of your tithes and offerings. So what if God hates Easter! And you don't have to do all that "dressing and keeping" of the Garden. You can fool around with the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil. You also do not need to "try the spirits". Just have love in your heart.
You hear this ALL THE TIME:
"Surely God will not cause a good hearted person who loves the Lord and tries his or her best to be kind and generous to die, WOULD HE?"
Excuse me dear Christian! Did you know that our good parents, Adam and Eve, died? The real question is, do you really know why?

Hosea 4:19
"The wind hath bound her up in her wings, and they shall be ashamed because of their sacrifices."

The "wind" is "ruach" in Hebrew which is symbolic of "spirit". Does the "spirit of whoredoms" have you bound up, i.e. in bondage, which is what the first part of this verse means? If so, you shall be as Adam and Eve, standing naked before the LORD while trying to cover your shame, because you have eaten the fruit from the "wrong tree" which your Father has Warned you to stay away from, and you have become an harlot! May God give you eyes to see and ears to hear the Truth of His precious Word.

The command to worship the image is a type of what we will see in this generation, and be part of very shortly. The generation which lived and saw the forming of the tiny nation of Israel in Palestine on May 15, 1948 is nearing the end. It is that generation that is the gage to determine just how close the coming of the Lord is.
As we read about the Old Babylon requiring all mankind to worship that image, so also this generation will be required by "Mystery, Babylon mother of Harlots" to worship another image.
That image will be a false Christ (the Antichrist), and the promoters, judges, religious leaders, festivities and orders will be a copy.
Daniel Chapter 3 is a warning to us today, those living in the latter days.

Daniel 3:1
"Nebuchadnezzar the king made an image of gold, whose height was threescore cubits, and the breadth thereof six cubits: he set it up in the plain of Dura, in the province of Babylon."

Three score cubits is 60 cubits, the Biblical number for Satan. Then, with the combined breadth of 6 cubits we have the dual sixes (66). This is only a type, but it is set up by the king of Babylon. It is the king of Babylon in Revelation 13 that brings to pass what we will see.
Nebuchadnezzar had just been told that he was selected by the King of Heaven. He was the head of all peoples, lands, and even the beasts of the earth. Nebuchadnezzar thought he was a deity, worthy to be worshipped. God gave him his authority, and Nebuchadnezzar lost perspective as to where and to whom the worship was to be placed. The form of the image is not known, for the only records are by traditional thought and assumptions. What is important though, is that the image was a reflection of who he, Nebuchadnezzar, thought he was. The ratio of 6 to 60 on 1 to 10 indicates it could only be from part of a human form.
However the use of gold leaves no doubt as to what Nebuchadnezzar intended for the image to represent. In Daniel 2:32-34, Daniel told the king the interpretation of the dream he had. In verses 37 and 38 Daniel identifies Nebuchadnezzer as "the Head of Gold"; or the first of a series of world wide empires. The dream went to the king's head, and he related his position as deity.

Daniel 3:2
"Then Nebuchadnezzar the king sent to gather together the princes, the governors, and the captains, the judges, the treasurers, the counsellors, the sheriffs, and all the rulers of the provinces, to come to the dedication of the image which Nebuchadnezzar the king had set up."

This great event could hardly have taken place until after all battles were completed, and all known kingdoms were under Babylonian rule. This time of gathering: could and would be a victory celebration in 475 BC. At that time Nebuchadnezzar would truly be 'The head of Gold" from his dream.
Daniel then would be 38 years old.
When Nebuchadnezzar sent for those to be at the ceremonies, notice that each person which was to come held a political title. The king wasn't selective; he commanded all to come. Friend, this is the same beast (or image) as in Revelation 13. The first part of that "beast" was Political, and is identified as the dragon. We know "the dragon" is Satan.
The first beast is all Political, and is put together by man. "Set up" by man by the order of the king. The mess we have today in the Political order of 'One worldism" or UN is also set up by man. Today, this ungodly form controls all four of the hidden dynasties' the Educational, (which includes all Media) the Economic, (financial control) Politics, and Religion. (through the traditions of the religious rulers, or leaders).
The gathering of these politicians is a fore-runner to the gathering of the world leaders to Jerusalem for the last and final abomination when the Antichrist (the final thing done by the king of Babylon) declares 'himself' to be God.
This is called the "Abomination of Desolation" Daniel 9:27, and repeated by Jesus in Matthew 24:15, and Mark 13:14

Daniel 3:3
"Then the princes, the governors, and captains, the judges, the treasurers, the counsellors, the sheriffs, and all the rulers of the provinces, were gathered together unto the dedication of the image that Nebuchadnezzar the king had set up; and they stood before the image that Nebuchadnezzar had set up."

This is a big day, for all rulers, and politicians of all levels on that plain of Dura, in Babylon. To show themselves to the king of the empire. These massive numbers of people are here for one purpose; to bow to an image, not the person of Nebuchadnezzar, but to an idol of him.

Daniel 3:4
"Then an herald cried aloud, 'To you it is commanded, O people, nations, and languages,'"

Daniel 3:5
"'That at what time ye hear the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, dulcimer, and all kinds of musick, ye fall down and worship the golden image that Nebuchadnezzar the king hath set up:'"

This is the music of the sixties (i.e. "peace"). When this Babylonian music is played the whole world will fall (bow) to worship. Just as the proclamation came, and the command went forth in Nebuchadnezzar's day, so will it be in our day.
The worship wasn't to Nebuchadnezzar, but a cheap fake image of himself. The leaders think this first Christ is the real thing, but it will of course be the fake, and an idol (the Antichrist) which is Satan. This is a type of what is going to come to pass. It is not Christ who prepares, or sets up the events, but man.
What will everyone do?
Fall down and worship the idol!
When this happens (again), the Bible refers to it as "the Abomination of desolation (the desolater)". The lesson is; don't ever worship Satan or what he sets up.
Going back for a moment to Daniel Chapter 1:
Daniel 1:6-7
[6] "Now among these were of the children of Judah, Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah:"

[7] "Unto whom the prince of the eunuchs gave names: for he gave unto Daniel the name of Belteshazzar; and to Hananiah, of Shadrach; and to Mishael, of Meshach; and to Azariah, of Abednego."

There was no trial or delays made for those who were not bowing. At the hour they were burned. Nebuchadnezzar was proud of himself, because he thought he was the World ruler, and God had put him there. The only thing wrong was that he was not giving God the glory, but rather himself.
In comparing these two time periods, we must remember, that we must be 'sealed' in our minds so that we don't become involved in the setting up of this New World movement, or the New World Order in the end times. It is through our involvement that would require our working for and commitment to the Antichrist.

Daniel 3:6
"And whoso falleth not down and worshippeth shall the same hour be cast into the midst of a burning fiery furnace."

Daniel 3:7
"Therefore at that time, when all the people heard the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, and all kinds of musick, all the people, the nations, and the languages, fell down and worshipped the golden image that Nebuchadnezzar the king had set up."

Daniel 3:8
"Wherefore at that time certain Chaldeans came near, and accused the Jews."
.
Daniel 3:9
"They spake and said to the king Nebuchadnezzar, O king, live for ever."

We are called to the attention of the "image" and the "One World Order" which is set up by man, or in this case (the king). We must see, that we are aware of those who control all things.
This warning in Daniel is a warning to us to "pay attention" so that we do not get snared in today's satanic worldwide forms.
In verse 8 and 9 what would happen to those who refused to worship?
The Chaldeans accused the three Jews (Hebrews) for not doing it. In verse 10 and 11 these Chaldeans are reminding king Nebuchadnezzar of what he said, then, they start accusing.

Daniel 3:10
"Thou, O king, hast made a decree, that every man that shall hear the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, and dulcimer, and all kinds of musick, shall fall down and worship the golden image:"

All that heard the 'music', followed the kings decree - and bowed down.
.
Daniel 3:11
"And whoso falleth not down and worshippeth, that he should be cast into the midst of a burning fiery furnace."
.
And those who heard the music and did not bow down, were cast into the burning fire.
.
Daniel 3:12
"There are certain Jews whom thou hast set over the affairs of the province of Babylon, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego; these men, O king, have not regarded thee: they serve not thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up."

Keep in mind, the false messiah will not cast people into the fiery furnace, however, spiritually speaking, it will be WORSE. You will not only lose your fleshly body, but your spiritual soul and body also. There the Chaldeans are pointing out to the king that the three Hebrews that were set over them, refused to bow to the image.
When the image is formed like the one in Revelation 13, don't worship it; nor take the mark in your forehead, don't work for it or take the mark in your hand. Stay away from all forms of activity or dedication to the false christ and his one world form, called, the New World Order.

Daniel 3:13
"Then Nebuchadnezzar in his rage and fury commanded to bring Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego. Then they brought these men before the king."

Daniel 3:14
"Nebuchadnezzar spake and said unto them, 'Is it true, O Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, do not ye serve my gods, nor worship the golden image which I have set up?'"

Though in a rage, the king called for Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego; when they came in before the king in disbelief, he asked them why they didn't serve the Babylonian gods, nor bowed down to that image that Nebuchadnezzar had set up to represent himself. The king was offended, he took pride in the fact that the God of Heaven made known his dream, in Daniel 2:47. He just didn't understand why anyone would not bow, when the God of Heaven signified that he was the head of Gold.

Daniel 3:15
"'Now if ye be ready that at what time ye hear the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, and dulcimer, and all kinds of musick, ye fall down and worship the image which I have made; well: but if ye worship not, ye shall be cast the same hour into the midst of a burning fiery furnace; and who is that God that shall deliver you out of my hands?'"

The king gave them a second chance, to save their lives. If there is a God that can protect and save you out of anyone's hands, He will do it.
This, is the faith we must have today.
The Lord will save His Own today, just as He did then. We're in a time of testing for the Christians. The Lord will stand fast to His Word, all we must have is faith in Christ our Lord.

Daniel 3:16
"Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, answered and said to the king, O Nebuchadnezzar, we are not careful to answer thee in this matter."

Daniel 3:17
"If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of thine hand, O king."
.
In the Hebrew, their response was;
"it is not necessary for us to answer you on this matter. We're not going to do it, we will not bow to your image."
That took faith and trust beyond any limits, no doubt whatsoever. It's strong talk for captives to say to a king, where it involves something that is so directly tied to that kings work, pride, and image.

Daniel 3:18
"But if not, be it known unto thee, O king, that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up."
.
Daniel 3:19
"Then was Nebuchadnezzar full of fury, and the form of his visage was changed against Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego: therefore he spake, and commanded that they should heat the furnace one seven times more than it was wont to be heated."
.
They totally refused, and you won't worship this image in the end times either, if you belong to the Lord.
Giving any sort of help or service to the New World Order, would constitute exactly what Nebuchadnezzar required of these three servants of the Lord God.
In verse 19 the king changed from a mild mannered person into a raging one. The appearance of his countenance took a sharp turn against these 3 Hebrews. The king had taken them in, and promoted them to very high positions. Then to think that they would have said such a thing to his face was unthinkable.

Daniel 3:20
"And he commanded the most mighty men that were in his army to bind Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, and to cast them into the burning fiery furnace."

Daniel 3:21
"Then these men were bound in their coats, their hosen, and their hats, and their other garments, and were cast into the midst of the burning fiery furnace."

This is only a type of what we will be delivered into. the furnace you will be delivered up into will be 'spiritual', as you are brought before Satan in person, here, on this earth. In a spiritual sense, you will be brought up and it will be every bit as sensational as these 3 Hebrews experienced. This is a type of what is to come when the Antichrist appears.
We see they had on their regular clothes, plus "other garments".
What are these other garments?
The other garments in Ephesians 6:11-20. They are the armour of God which prepares us for battle against Satan. Though this battle was in the physical sense, it was also in the spiritual sense. At the Antichrist's return, the battle we will face is far more serious than the loss of our physical bodies; because our very soul is at stake.
Satan will know your weakness, and if we leave any part of that armor off, Satan's darts will get you. Remember the battle of David and Goliath. A spot on the forehead is all that made Goliath vulnerable.
What is Nebuchadnezzar a type of?
Satan!
What does the armor of God protect you from?
The wiles (fiery darts) of Satan, the devil.
The promise is that the final battle is against principalities, (world rulers), spiritual wickedness in high places, (the churches). It is a spiritual battle. For your soul.

Daniel 3:22
"Therefore because the king's commandment was urgent, and the furnace exceeding hot, the flame of the fire slew those men that took up Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego."

In verse 22, three Hebrews were to be killed by the flames of the furnace.
In verse 23 when you are a free spirit in Christ no man can bind you. It doesn't matter what shackles are on your arms or legs, it's what is in your mind that makes you free, spiritually. If Christ is in your mind you are free in Him.
Build your faith and trust in Him as your Saviour just as these three men did. In verse 24 the king was amazed at what he saw:

Daniel 3:23
"And these three men, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, fell down bound into the midst of the burning fiery furnace."

Daniel 3:24
"Then Nebuchadnezzar the king was astonied, and rose up in haste, and spake, and said unto his counsellors, 'Did not we cast three men bound into the midst of the fire?' They answered and said unto the king, 'True, O king.;"
.
Daniel 3:25
"He answered and said, 'Lo, I see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire, and they have no hurt; and the form of the fourth is like the Son of God.'"
.
The Son of God, Christ our Lord, Himself appeared as an Angel of the Lord, and released the shackles that bound His three servants. He was in there with them, providing them with comfort in the middle of the raging fire!
We know that through this event in Old Babylon, that we have nothing to fear when the events of Mark 13, and after all the supporting passages come to pass.
Satan cannot harm you, in his short 5 month reign of Earth. When you walk with Christ, your spirit is free, and cannot be bound. This story should be so marked in your minds, that when the time comes, we can endure all things through faith in Christ our Savior.

Daniel 3:26
"Then Nebuchadnezzar came near to the mouth of the burning fiery furnace, and spake, and said, 'Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, ye servants of The Most High God, come forth, and come hither'. Then Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, came forth of the midst of the fire."

Daniel 3:27
"And the princes, governors, and captains, and the king's counsellors, being gathered together, saw these men, upon whose bodies the fire had no power, nor was an hair of their head singed, neither were their coats changed, nor the smell of fire had passed on them."

This is from the mouth of the king of Babylon. He knew Who had saved them. They were in better shape when they came out than when they went in. Christ will do the same in our generation.
This was and could be, a type of testing, in the final period of this age.
He gave us a type of what we can expect in the end times. Read Luke Chapter 21 -- It tells about what it will be like when you are delivered up, before Satan.

Daniel 3:28
"Then Nebuchadnezzar spake, and said, 'Blessed be the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, who hath sent His angel, and delivered His servants that trusted in Him, and have changed the king's word, and yielded their bodies, that they might not serve nor worship any god, except their own God.'"

Luke 21:12
"But before all these, they shall lay their hands on you, and persecute you, delivering you up to the synagogues, and into prisons, being brought before kings and rulers for My name's sake."

This will happen for a special reason.
Given in Luke 21:14;
"Settle it therefore in your hearts, not to meditate before what ye shall answer:"
.
[15] "For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist."
.
This is the tongue that happened on Pentecost day, when Peter spoke, and every person heard it in their own language. It will happen again. They will turn to you for a testimony, it is our destiny.
Settle it in your hearts, let it sink into your mind. Don't worry about what you will say until the Lord God says His Words through you.

In Luke 21:18
"But there shall not an hair of your head perish."
.
This is exactly the type of event that we saw in Daniel 3. The faith and commitment of the three servants were protected by God.
To refuse the Holy Spirit to work at this time is the unforgivable sin, but who would want to refuse an opportunity like that? When you are called up, it will be a major event for these end times, and the Media will try to scorn and belittle you, thinking it is just another "PTL" side-show or event, like they did with Swaggart after his escapade, the Media, the Politicians, the Religious world, and the world at large simply will not be ready for the Message of the Holy Spirit.
Acts Chapter 2 is another sample of what will happen, it was when the Holy Spirit filled His people and they all spoke, unhindered. The disciples and followers of Christ spoke and on that day of Pentecost all the people from around the world heard the Gospel in their own language and dialect. All at the same time.

Daniel 3:29
"Therefore I make a decree, That every people, nation, and language, which speak any thing amiss against the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, shall be cut in pieces, and their houses shall be made a dunghill: because there is no other God that can deliver after this sort"

Daniel 3:30
"Then the king promoted Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, in the province of Babylon."

The crowd in Acts Chapter 2 were amazed, as were those present in Daniel Chapter 3, and many were saved in both, and became followers of the One True God, and Jesus Christ.
This is the purpose for all the Christian's who will go through these trials. We will have our day before the world leaders, so that God, through His Holy Spirit within us, may Speak to the world. Souls will be saved, and we will be part of this astounding event.
Are we worthy? No, but the Lord has covered our sin, and has prepared our way, as we yield to Him. Seek the Lord Jesus Christ with all our hearts and walk in the Spirit, praise Him in the Spirit, and be lead of His Spirit. You are sealed for eternity, by His Holy Spirit, you belong to Christ Jesus King of kings!

"Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan came also among them."

"The sons of God" as it is used here, are the angels, and we see here that Satan is right there in heaven with them also.
Angels are the souls of people everywhere, so these are God's children that are in heaven with God at this time.
These souls are not in their flesh bodies now, they have either passed on, after the shadow of death (death of their flesh), or their souls that haven't been born yet into this age of the flesh.
All souls must pass through this earth age of the flesh just once, to live their life and have the right and free will to choose for themselves who they will follow, Satan or God.
However in the Hebrew Manuscript text it is very explicit, for it identifies Satan, "the Adversary" by name.
Many teachers today would have you believe that Satan as used here, is not a real person, but "a condition", but that is not so.
Satan "the person" stood before God and was making these statements.
Don't confuse the supernatural man Satan, with the 'many' "antichrists" that are in the world today, for the man Satan will come, when the "many antichrists" have prepared the world for accepting him as their savior.

Job 1:7
"And the LORD said unto Satan, "Whence comest thou?" Then Satan answered the LORD, and said, 'From going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it.'"
.
The "earth" is "erets" in the Hebrew, the very planet that we are living on today. Satan had returned to heaven to stand before God, and he returned to heaven from earth.
If you think that it is odd that Satan will walk "to and fro" on the earth in his role as the Antichrist in our generation, that is exactly what he did during this time of Job.
So. here the Heavenly Father is addressing Satan, and all the other countless souls are standing by and watching this discussion take place.
Satan was walking "to and fro" on the earth, to see who he could catch off-guard, and cause them to sin.

Job 1:8
"And the LORD said unto Satan, "Hast thou considered My servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil?",
.
When God spoke to Satan, He asked Satan, "Have you seen My man Job while you were down there on earth? What do you think of My man Job?"
If God placed this same request to Satan about you, what do you think God would have to say about you?
My fellow Christian, Satan is still standing before the Throne of God as "the accuser", and every time you sin and fall short, Satan is there to call attention of your deeds before God.
Satan won't let any of your sins pass unnoticed by God.
However, today we have the Blood of Christ to cover those sins, and Jesus is also there at the right hand of the Father as our Advocate, or attorney at the Throne of God.
Satan is looking for the time you slip-up and sin, and then he will come against you with all kinds of charges. We all have weak moments for we are all sinners in these flesh bodies. As long as we are in the flesh body, we will be weak and we fall short of God's standards from time to time.

Job 1:9
"Then Satan answered the LORD and said, 'Doth Job fear God for nought?'"
.
Satan is asking God, "Does Job fear God for nothing?" Sure, Satan saw Job but remember all that Job had?
.
Job 1:10
"Hast not Thou made an hedge about him, and about his house, and about all that he hath on every side? Thou hast blessed the work of his hands, and his substance is increased in the land."
.
God blessed Job and his family beyond all other men of the day.
.
Job 1:11
"But put forth Thine hand now, and touch all that he hath, and he will curse Thee to Thy face."
.
Job 1:12
"And the LORD said unto Satan, "Behold, all that he hath is in thy power; only upon himself put not forth thine hand." So Satan went forth from the presence of the LORD."
.
Do you see how Satan works?
Satan works deceitfully, and in such a way to catch you off-guard; Satan always tries to find one little point to find leverage to use against you. Satan will test your weakness, when you are at your weakest point.
Satan told God that "if You take all this power and wealth that Job has from him, he will curse You to Your Face."
This is the same thing that Satan is using against God's elect in this final generation.
The elect were chosen in "the world that was", before this age of the flesh. They were chosen then because they were found to be True, tried and well-tested for this earth age. They were Judged and predestined then, to do a task for the LORD God in this earth age, from that first earth age. They were appointed "before the foundations" of this earth age, were even laid.
So we see that Satan knows who you are, from that first earth age, and he also knows if you are one of God's elect.
You can count on Satan looking you up upon his arrival to this earth, and using those supernatural powers that God gave to him to try you, and test you in a manner that you had not counted on.
It may be through a habit, such as gossip, smoking, or drinking or even through a family member that you don't get along with very well. But rest assured, Satan will see if you are the man or woman that God considers you to be, as one of His elect.
Remember that this Book of Job is a "type" for what God's Elect will face when Satan arrives here on earth.
God gave Satan the right to do with Job as he would, however there was only one condition placed on Satan;
"...only upon himself put not forth thine hand."
God Protected Job the same way that the Holy Spirit is Protecting us today. We have access to the Power of God, but it is up to each of us to understand that Power that we have, and "claim it" to ourselves.
Remember that Satan is the prince of this earth today, and he can take anything that you have on this earth, if you let him.
This is why WE MUST ORDER Satan OUT of our lives and that of our family, "in the Name of Jesus Christ".

Job 1:13
"And there was a day when his sons and his daughters were eating and drinking wine in their eldest brother's house:"
.
Many believe that this was Job's seventieth birthday, and God is allowing Satan to destroy and take away many things out of Job's life.
.
Job 1:14
"And there came a messenger unto Job, and said, "The oxen were plowing, and the asses feeding beside them:"
Job 1:15
"And the Sabeans fell upon them, and took them away; yea, they have slain the servants with the edge of the sword; and I only am escaped alone to tell thee."

This should remind us of Ezekiel 33, whereby there was one watchman on the wall, and when the city of Jerusalem was smitten, there was one that escaped to come and report that the city was smitten.

In Revelation 11:13 we read that there were seven thousand Nephilim, or men of the fallen angels, that shall fall also on that Great Day of the Lord. Those fallen angels come to earth with Satan to start the day of deception, and for..

Revelation 12:7
"And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,"
.
Revelation 12:8
"And prevailed not, neither was there place found any more in heaven."
.
Revelation 12:9
"And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him."

What happened in Job's day is a "type"(an example) of what shall happen in the latter days.

Job 1:16
"While he was yet speaking, there came also another, and said, 'The fire of God is fallen from heaven, and hath burned up the sheep, and the servants, and consumed them; and I only am escaped alone to tell thee.'"

When God gives Satan the latitude to do something, He put limits to Satan's destruction, you can count on Satan doing all that God will allow him to do.
What happened to the seven thousand sheep?
"The fire of God is fallen from heaven, and hath burned up the sheep, and the servants..."
.
God is a Consuming Fire, and the star that is going to fall from heaven, with the locust army of fallen angels from the bottomless pit, is Satan when he comes to "deceive the whole earth."
Revelation 9 tells us of that time at (the first woe) of the fifth trumpet, when God gives Satan (the star that falls) the key of the bottomless pit; the right and authority to do, all that Satan will do. all those supernatural acts in those five months before Christ's return at the seventh (final) trump.

Job 1:17
"While he was yet speaking, there came also another, and said, 'The Chaldeans made out three bands, and fell upon the camels, and have carried them away, yea, and slain the servants with the edge of the sword; and I only am escaped alone to tell thee.'"

In one day, Job's wealth was wiped out, and he was left with nothing.
Stop and think for a moment, one change in the markets, one fire, one lawsuit, or the fall of the company you work for; overnight all those things you rely on can end unexpectedly, and change your entire life.
This is what happened to Job.
Then, in Job 1:18, Satan took Job’s children.

Job 1:18
"While he was yet speaking, there came also another, and said, 'Thy sons and thy daughters were eating and drinking wine in their eldest brother's:'"
.
Even Job's children were killed by the great hurricane or tornado that passed through the house where they were eating and drinking and having their great celebration.

Job 1:19
"And, behold, there came a great wind from the wilderness, and smote the four corners of the house, and it fell upon the young men, and they are dead; and I only am escaped alone to tell thee."
.
Job has now lost the most prized possession, that of his own family, his children.
.
Job 1:20
"Then Job arose, and rent his mantle, and shaved his head, and fell down upon the ground, and worshipped,"
.
After Job had lost it all, he turned his attention to God, and fell down and worshipped God.
Job was an upright man, and even today we have the Holy Spirit of God to fall back on when the things get a little tough in our lives.
If you had lost all your wealth and your entire family in one day, think about what your next action would be;
Would it be to worship God, and thank Him for your life?

Job 1:21
"And said, 'Naked came I out of my mother's womb, and naked shall I return thither: the LORD gave, and the LORD hath taken away; blessed be the name of the LORD.'"
Job 1:22
"In all this Job sinned not, nor charged God foolishly."
.
This is Job's reaction and prayer to God.
What would your prayer be when the time of testing comes into your life.
Still all that Job could do is to give God the praise for the breath of life that he had.
Then in Job 2:7, Satan took Job’s health.
.
Job 2:1
"And again there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan came also among them to present himself before the LORD."
.
Remember, "the sons of God" are the angels, and this meeting was a usual meeting with God and the angels in Heaven. Satan would be present for all these meetings. We can see by this, that there is a day of accounting in the heavens, even today. When ever God has a time of Judgment, Satan will be there accusing those that would stand on God's side.
God is keeping a great Book as to what is taking place on the earth, as well as The Book of Life.

Job 2:2
"And the LORD said unto Satan, "From whence comest thou?" And Satan answered the LORD, and said, "From going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it."
.
Satan was continually walking throughout the entire earth, seeking those that he can trip-up, and cause them to sin.
Satan is trying to catch you even today, in your weakest moment, and there is a time coming when Michael and his angels will kick Satan and his fallen angels out of heaven, and he will be right here, on earth, trying to take the role of Jesus Christ, and have the world worship him, which they will do. Satan will be visible to each of us, appearing as a man (Jesus), Satan has "supernatural powers", and he will test all the saints, you included.

Job 2:3
"And the LORD said unto Satan, "Hast thou considered My servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil? and still he holdeth fast his integrity, although thou movedst Me against him, to destroy him without cause."

This is the same thing that God said to Satan on that first meeting, then Satan went after Job and destroyed all his children, his personal wealth, as well as his dignity and worldly position.
With all this gone, Job still held fast to his integrity.
Job was a perfect man, and all these things came upon Job because Satan moved God to allow him the right of the testing of Job, to prove the perfection that Job had. Do you think Satan is a quitter? The first challenge was to remove the worldly wealth from Job, and to see if Job would curse God.
Well Satan did that, removed all the worldly possessions of Job, and Job WOULD NOT curse God, but blessed God and His Holy Name.

Job 2:4
"And Satan answered the LORD, and said, "Skin for skin, yea, all that a man hath will he give for his life."
.
Satan is now saying that if Job's life was threatened, he would curse God to save his own skin. To what point in a man's life would he curse God to save his life in the flesh?
Is there a limit that we can reach to where life is more important than our position before the Father in heaven?
.
Job 2:5
"But put forth Thine hand now, and touch his bone and his flesh, and he will curse Thee to Thy face."
.
God let Satan destroy Job's property, but He would not let Satan touch Job's flesh.
Now Satan wants God to allow him to give Job all sorts of sickness and physical problems.
When Satan gets done with Job, Satan is telling God that he will have Job cursing God.
.
Job 2:6
"And the LORD said unto Satan, "Behold, he is in thine hand; but save his life.""
.
God is telling Satan, you can take Job's health, but save Job's life. Satan now has a free hand to do with Job's health as he would.
So lets see how Job will stand up when the heavy 'fiery darts' of Satan fall on Job.
Will Job continue to stand on God's side, or will he crack and curse God?
Think of it for a moment, when all the problems of these days fall upon your shoulders, and sickness brings you to the point of death, would you have it as bad as Job?
When things are really bad, have you ever thought of putting the blame on God, or do you continue to praise and bless God's name for giving you life?
Have you ever thought of cursing the One that hung on the cross, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, for the burdens that you have had in carrying His name to others?
The words that were said of you, or the belittling of your name for telling others of the Love of Christ, have you ever become embarrassed over the matter?
Do you have pain "in comparison" to what Job went through?
You see, we have it easy and we only think that times are hard. We MUST BECOME mentally prepared, for the type of perfection that will allow you to stand when the things "heat up" at Satan's arrival here on earth.
Those times are coming, and you can count on it!

Job 2:7
"So went Satan forth from the presence of the LORD, and smote Job with sore boils from the sole of his foot unto his crown."
.
Job was smitten with sore boils from the soles of his feet to the top of his head by Satan.
God allowed Job to be tested, but Satan brought on the sickness.
.
Job 2:8
"And he took him a potsherd to scrape himself withal; and he sat down among the ashes."
.
Job was smitten so bad with these sore boils that he didn't even have fingernails left to scrape the puss from his running boils, but he took a piece of a broken pot to scrape himself with.
What did Job do to deserve these boils to be brought upon himself?
The Word of God just told us that;
Satan brought them upon Job, to prove Job would fall and curse God.
Satan did it to Job, but what do you allow Satan do to you?
Unlike Job, "WE have the Power" to ORDER Satan away from us, (and back to the abyss!) but we must take that power, and use it!
If you believe in Jesus Christ and by your repenting in the name of Jesus, He gave you the power over ALL evil spirits as well as Satan. (Luke 10:19)
Are you a believer?
or, are you just playing church?
With the mouth many say and claim to be Christian, but "with their heart and mind" they are not willing to put it all on the line and follow Christ, in the manner that poor old Job had to.
If Satan challenges you, God may have allowed Satan to do what he will do to you, because God Loves you. God knows you can stand any test that Satan will throw your way, for you CAN take it.
So when those things come your way that are not pleasant, smile and bless God for them.
Job refused to curse God.

Job 2:9
"Then said his wife unto him, 'Dost thou still retain thine integrity? curse God, and die.'"
.
This applies not only to the wife, but to any close relation that is with you during your time of trouble, who may try to stir you, against the Lord. Many times after great sickness or an accident happens to a person, the first ones to blame God are your close relatives. They point the finger at you and your right standing before God.
They say;
"he (she) must have done something wrong?"
When Job should have had the support of his wife, she turned on him and tried to get Job to curse God and die!
This is quite common today when someone has had a serious problem and lives in a state of great pain and stress, they say,
"he is better off dead and out of his pain."
Satan is using Job's wife to get Job to do what he could not get Job to do, "curse God and die."

If this happened in your life, will it bother you?
When things seem at a complete loss, are you going to give up and wish yourself dead?
When your friends and loved ones turn against you, can you recognize Satan through their actions and deeds?
If you can still love them when Satan has a hold of their minds, that, is what True love is.
That's what being one of God's elect is and does, for God's elect are untouchable by Satan, even when the going gets so tough that it seems insurmountable, because of their love for our Heavenly Father.

Job 2:10
"But he said unto her, 'Thou speakest as one of the foolish women speaketh. What? shall we receive good at the hand of God, and shall we not receive evil.' In all this did not Job sin with his lips."

Even when Job's wife was trying to press him to curse God and get over his pain and suffering, Job did not sin nor curse God with his lips. Though the pain was great, not once did he blame God and say one thing against God.

You can read the rest of Job on your own, but it goes on for 42 chapters and in those 42 chapters Job still refused to curse the LORD.
God allowed Satan to test Job physically, as a example to show us how He is going to allow Satan to test us spiritually, prior to Christ’s return, to see if we have learned
HOW TO TELL THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WHAT IS HOLY (JESUS) AND WHAT IS PROFANE (SATAN)

Are you ready to learn some fascinating things from God's Word through old lovable Peter?

Peter knew the Scriptures well and often draws from the Divine dealings recorded in the Old Testament.
.
Remember how he stood up on Pentecost Day and quoted the prophet Joel?
.
So we are going to lay some foundation in this study, going all the way back to the beginning of time, to bring us up to speed with some of the basics which Peter will talk about later on.
Let's begin.

1 Peter 1:1
"Peter, an apostle of Jesus Christ, to the strangers scattered throughout Pontus, Galatia, Cappadocia, Asia, and Bithynia,"
.
Peter was an "apostle" which in Greek is apostolos and it means one who is "sent forth", i.e. an ambassador.
And not only was Peter sent forth to the early church, but even to this day he has been sent forth unto us, to bring forth the teachings of the One with whom he walked side by side, and received His personal instructions.
.
It is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT that we notice TO WHOM this letter is written, because it is addressed to the "strangers" who are 'scattered' or dispersed, even the Lost Tribes of the House of Israel.
.
James in his book would also address the "scattered" tribes:
.
James 1:1
"James, a servant of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ, to the twelve tribes which are scattered abroad, greeting."
.
Also, the word "strangers" is an interesting and appropriate word used here because if you will take the time to look it up in Strong's Concordance you will discover that it means "pilgrims" and is translated as such in the next chapter in verse 11.
"Pilgrims" makes one think of the sojourners to America and rightfully so, for they continued the migration to the west of the House of Israel to receive the Promises made to their father Abraham to inherit the most resourceful and blessed piece of real estate on earth, which lies from sea to shining sea!

That's right, the Lost Tribes of the House of Israel are not really lost at all!
It's just that you have to be familiar with the Word of God to know "who" they are, and "where" they are, instead of listening to the traditions of men, who would have everyone who is not called a Jew believing they are gentiles.
What a bunch of malarkey.
We don't have a very clear definition of the word "gentile".
Are only people who are not of Israelite stock, gentiles?
Or, After the dispersion does the word gentile also include Israelites (the house of Israel and/or the house of Judah) living in other places outside Judea?

Peter now continues to identify more specifically to whom he is writing.

1 Peter 1:2
"Elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through sanctification of the Spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: Grace unto you, and peace, be multiplied."

Who are these "elect" according to the foreknowledge of God the Father?
The word eklektos (elect) comes from eklegomai (chosen), and what Peter is saying is that there was a time, long ago, when our Father "chose" those who deserved to be chosen to be used by Him whenever and however He so chooses!
.
Now it is up to you to choose whether or not to believe and understand it.
.
It is unfortunate that traditional Christianity does not teach about the earth age that existed when Satan rebelled and drew a third of God's children away from our Father (Rev. 12:4).
.
Oh, they recognize that it happened but seem unable to connect it with the fact that there was once a cataclysmic event that destroyed every structure and every living thing on this planet and the entire global surface was covered with water.

You can read about that destruction in Jeremiah chapter 4.

This is the LORD speaking:

Jeremiah 4:22
"For My people is foolish, they have not known Me; they are sottish children, and they have none understanding: they are wise to do evil, but to do good they have no knowledge."

Look up the word "sottish". It means "stupid".
It is the word our Father chose to use.

Jeremiah 4:23
"I beheld the earth, and, lo, it was without form, and void; and the heavens, and they had no light."

Yep, this is what it looked like in Genesis 1:2 when He was finished wiping everything out!

One needs to know and understand the use of the Hebrew words "tohu va bohu", means "without form and void".
.
And please note the fact that there was no light, which is why He would first say in Gen. 1:3 "Let there be light".
.
There was light during the flood of Noah, so let's not be ignorant (or sottish) and try to say this was Noah's flood.
.
Jeremiah 4:24
"I beheld the mountains, and, lo, they trembled, and all the hills moved lightly."

It was a shaking indeed!

[25] "I beheld, and, lo, there was no man, and all the birds of the heavens were fled."

There were men alive during Noah's flood, weren't there?

But, there was NO MAN here.

No birds like a raven or dove either!

[26] "I beheld, and, lo, the fruitful place was a wilderness, and all the cities thereof were broken down at the presence of the LORD, and by His fierce anger."

Was there ever a Lost City of Atlantis?

You bet there was and the North and South Poles were plush with green vegetation, too.
All of it was destroyed, broken down, BY GOD HIMSELF!

Hello, wake up!

Again, the earth wasn't destroyed when He created it!

He created it beautiful and to be inhabited in Genesis 1:1.

God Himself even says that He didn't create it in the condition of Gen. 1:2. Isaiah records His words for us:

Isaiah 45:18
"For thus saith the LORD that created the heavens; God Himself that formed the earth and made it; He hath established it, He created it not in vain, He formed it to be inhabited: "I am the LORD; and there is none else.""

God didn't create the earth VOID and in a state of total destruction, which is what the words "without form and void", tohu va bohu in Hebrew, mean.
.
But it "became" (see NIV translation) that way in Genesis 1:2 when our Father knocked this planet off its True axis, which is why magnetic north and True north are 80 to 90 miles apart depending on the wobble, and slightly out of it's true 360 day orbit around the sun.

Have you ever read the Book of Job?

If so, do you remember after the 37 chapters of 'traditional' church teaching, by Job's buddies (which God said was bunk), that He gave Job a little lesson in humility and perspective?

God described to Job the creation in Genesis 1:1, not Genesis 1:3, and guess what?

ALL the sons of God, that would include Job, and you and me, and all those who have died in the flesh and have returned back home (Eccles. 12:7), and those who haven't made the trip here yet, i.e. are waiting to be born in the flesh,
SANG FOR JOY
at the beautiful Handiwork of God.

They wouldn't have sang for joy at the condition in which it is described in Genesis 1:2.
They would have said "Yecch!"
.
Here's the account where God is speaking to Job:

Job 38:4-7
[4] "Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth? declare, if thou hast understanding."
.
If you have understanding then you know where Job was.
He was amongst those singing for Joy!
.
[5] "Who hath laid the measures thereof, if thou knowest? or who hath stretched the line upon it?"
.
[6] "Whereupon are the foundations thereof fastened? or who laid the corner stone thereof;"
.
How does this planet hang in space anyway?
Job couldn't answer that question and neither can NASA!
.
[7] "When the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy?"
.
Yep, all of them sang for joy, including Satan, because this was before "iniquity" was found in him and he drew a third of God's sons away from Him.
Your documentation is in Ezekiel 28:15 concerning Satan: "Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee."

But after his rebellion, Satan was Judged in that world "that then was",
a phrase Peter will use in chapter 3 of his 2nd book, and sentenced to DIE!
That is why Satan is called "Death" and is referred to as the "son of perdition", the son who will perish.
Of course God wasn't too happy with the rest of His kids who sided along with Satan, but rather than Judging them and perhaps sentencing them to die, He postponed Judgment until after the Millennium, after His Plan to redeem them, the Plan of Salvation (which means to salvage), has been accomplished.
So He destroyed the earth "age" that was, the age to which all "Fossils and Remains" belong, and gave us THIS "flesh age" to be born of woman, innocent, without ANY prior knowledge of the "world that then was", with an opportunity to decide whether to love God or follow Satan.
Now you know what happened to the dinosaurs, don't you!
God destroyed them all following Satan's rebellion!
The apostle Paul knew all of this, just like Peter did.
They both speak of the time, before "the foundation of this earth age" so matter of factly that it makes you wonder why everyone doesn't talk or teach about it.
Here's Paul talking about the same "elect" or "chosen":

Were God's elect chosen at birth?
No!
.
They were chosen "before the foundation of the world", a long time before they would be born in the flesh.

[5] "Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will,"

and you will see documented that it really means; "before the casting down", or overthrow, i.e. the time of the destruction following Satan's rebellion.
So we see that God predestinated His elect to be used "according to the good pleasure of His will", i.e. however He so chooses.
Our Father knew us all, "long before" we were born of woman to temporarily dwell in a flesh tabernacle, which we call our body.

He knew Jeremiah before he was born:
Jeremiah 1:5
"Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations."

He knew Jacob and Esau before they were born.
That is how He could say in Romans 9:13;
"Jacob have I loved, but Esau have I hated"
Even before they were yet born.

Yes, He knew us all long before we were born.
But guess what?
We've left out the best part!
.
We know that Satan drew 1/3 of God's sons away from Him, but there were some who stood and fought against the dragon [Satan] and made our Father proud of them.
They exercised their "free will" then, (in the first earth age) and chose to love God and not Satan, and so God has chosen them, and predestined them, to be a part of His Plan in THIS earth age.

He has used them all down through history until even now.
And you know what else?
He chose the last ones, the elect who would be present during the final generation, first!
Now you know the more "in-depth" meaning to Christ's Words that "the first shall be last; and the last first".
So, no altar call is necessary for God's elect, His chosen, because when He's ready to use them He'll let them know.
He might knock them off their horses (Paul) or have them swallowed by a big fish (Jonah) or just call them away from fishing (Peter, Andrew, James, and John) if they are the type who haven't let their "free will" run riot, like some, He has to rescue them from themselves first.

If you understand any of that which we are talking about, then you can fill in your own experience.
So it is God's elect to whom Peter addressed this marvelous epistle.

Read Romans 8:29-39 and discover that they were not only chosen and predestinated, but "them He also justified".
