I am keeping my FB account (Catherine A Bird), due to involvement in important groups there, and I also use FB to stay in touch with my large family, who are spread out all over the country. Doing the 'OMAD' thing (Intermittent fasting, eating only one hour per day), and have a couple of exercise machines (stationary bike, and squat assist) for aerobic and weight training, to stay strong & healthy. As a 90% disabled USAF veteran, I can't do much more than that anymore, but between exercising and the OMAD thing, I feel relatively good physically (I'm used to my various disability-related pains)! I'm sleeping well, too, because I 'prep' (lights off, etc.) for it every evening, and my bed is entirely memory foam (including head & knee pillows).
