View MorePlease read, share and consider signing the below petition to have this incompetent judge removed from her seat of dangerous, unchecked judicial power. I know someone, who is close to me, who's daughter has indicated her father on sexual abuse and this judge is currently overseeing the case and is doing the same thing to the mother's children as she has done to many parents and children in the past. Also in this petition it is stated that this judge has actually used the judicial system to "kidnap" a child back in '99 from a young mother and tried to make the child her own, even given the child a new name. The child was returned to the mother a couple years later. This judge has been elected in 2017 to oversea custody hearings in 2017 in Beaver County PA. This petition was started back in March of this year. It just now gaining tracking and if you actually read the articles attach you would understand why she needs to be removed. Here's another thing that may not surprise many of you.... She is a Democrat. My wife is still on Facebook and read many stories on there about protective parents getting punished by this judge who refused to listen or watch evidence of children being abused by their abusers. There's a law in PA known as Kayden's Law where a judge must look at the evidence but this judge refuses to. It is also being requested that many of her cases be reviewed by a hire court because her negligence has left many parents and children suffering at the hands of abusers and when there is no justice then less people will report the crimes, especially when the judge will only punish you even more for reporting it. We aren't sure if she is holding a grudge over other parent's for not being permitted to keep the child that she kidnapped in the late '90's or what but we need to get her out of office. https://www.change.org/p/hold-judge-deborah-decostro-accountable-for-custody-rulings-that-endanger-families
