Make your mornings easier with these hearty, protein-packed breakfast jars! Just open, heat, and enjoy a full breakfast without the mess.
Ingredients (per pint jar)
* 4 eggs, beaten
* ½ cup diced potatoes
* 3 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
* 3 smoked sausage links, chopped
* ¼ cup shredded cheese
Instructions
1. Prepare the Ingredients Cook the bacon and sausage. Dice the potatoes and shred the cheese.
2. Assemble the Jars Layer or mix the diced potatoes, crumbled bacon, chopped sausage, and cheese in each pint jar. Pour the beaten eggs over the top, leaving 1-inch headspace. Gently stir to distribute.
3. Seal Wipe rims clean and apply lids and bands fingertip tight.
4. Process Pressure can at 10 pounds pressure for 75 minutes (adjust for altitude).
5. Cool and Store Let pressure drop naturally. Cool jars undisturbed for 12–24 hours. Check seals, label, and store in a cool, dark place.
To Serve:
Open the jar, heat in the microwave or on the stove, and enjoy your ready-to-eat breakfast!
