View MoreWhen I was about 10, I went to a little country church and did what they told me and became saved. BUT I wasn't saved, When I became an adult and understood what it meant, I became saved, BUT I wasn't saved. I wasn't saved until I was born again, however, even before I was saved, God took care of me. He supplied my needs and taught me. But until I was born into a life that didn't put myself first, unril I had a desire to be holy I wasn't saved. I didn't understand that, Like Jesus, I had to have a desire to serve others and put others needs before mine. When I did that I WAS saved, I knew God and understood Gods will. I knew because My goals changed from selfish goals to wanting helping others so that he would be happy, and I found it also made me happy. It was then that I started growing up and maturing in Gods grace. Like all of us I am still a work in progress. There are days my selfishness exceeds my loving. But through it all God is by my side. Just like a parent who raises a child. The parents love for the child wasn't dependant on the childs understanding. It was givien freely. So God loves us.

Love one another. So let me ask you this, how many of you when your angry, if you think about it, can say that your angry because you didn’t get your way. Well that’s selfish. It’s because you put self (me) first instead of someone else. And how many of you, when you do something for someone else. Feel good? Well that’s love. Guess who puts you first and himself second? God. When you love someone, your ring Godly. When your selfish your like the other guy. Think on it.
