It is the suffering of others that challenges us to rise above attachments and show true compassion. It is not about the “I” but rising above the self , not embracing the others suffering to make it our own . By discarding the ego we let love and compassion flow .
Let the compassion be given freely from the heart , unencumbered by the false self with its perceived needs and wants . Simply be , be the compassion, be the love .”
