Look at what the physical mind sees , the body , work , emotions , all you have become comfortable with.
Now ask yourself what you see beyond yourself, the world , galaxies , the universe, and do you find yourself in awe , even feeling in communion with it.
This awe and yearning is your true self calling you home . You are not the body , the mind , the jumble of emotions, you are part of the Oneness.
The Oneness is you , realize this and welcome yourself home .”

When looking at a Medium, look for verifiable evidence of the communication with those in Spirit. Anyone can channel or give messages from from historical figures, Abe Lincoln for instance or details of events from decades ago which can not be verified. Give no information to them assuring that what you receive can only come from those in Spirit. Do not accept communication on the basis of quantity, but on quality , those things that can be proven. The Medium should be comfortable with this if they are truly communicating with those in Spirit.

“ Many are familiar with this quote and usually attribute it to possessions, sometimes people they are in a relationship with. But what if these attachments are to our emotions, to the impact of past events on our life . Using childhood as an example, a young child loves their parents and seeks love and acceptance from them. If it is not there or there is abuse present , the child is changed for life if this is not faced . But facing the emotion is difficult, especially when treated the same way later in life. It becomes a trigger in our life , bringing up emotions and sometimes behaviors we don’t like .
If one can recognize that often the abused grows up to become an abuser we gain insight into our healing . The abuser most likely suffered abuse in their life and suffers as you did . Recognizing this we can now see them as human beings, in pain , and sharing our pain . Now with understanding, we can begin to let go of the attachment of the trauma , forgiving ourselves of our perceived shortcomings, let go of the pain and blame and our attachment to it .
This allows us to show compassion to a fellow suffering human . Over time we become less triggered as well as more compassionate, breaking the chain of abuse and beginning a chain of compassion and love .
Do not become attached to things , people or emotions. Be understanding, with yourself and others, be compassionate with yourself and others , bring love into your life and give it freely.”
