We trust our mind , our ego , to tell us that what we know in this incarnation is absolute? If we turn away from the mind , empty ourselves of ego , and in that stillness allow the essence of the Oneness fill us , we can then come to know that we are the Oneness. You and I are one , as we are with all of Creation. Do not think but feel this and know , know that there is no separation, just the Oneness and we are that Oneness. “ ”When you take action ask yourself why ? It is for the results of those actions ? What if we focus on the doing , focus on the moment forgetting the expected results . By giving into the moment, being completely involved in the doing , the result will be whatever is best for that moment. Do without expectations . You will also be living in the moment more fully , not in anticipation. “ “ Be here now , emptied of self . Feel your breathing, the breath flowing through you . The air you breath is a gift of the tree , the carbon dioxide you exhale feeds the tree . You are linked with all of creation , not just the trees. As you are a part of the cycle of all things on things earth , know also you are part of the totality of the universe, and the living Creator whose essence is in creation . Our separate identity is a myth of perceptions, go within and see the essence of the Divine there and know you are one with it . Do this and you will be in the eternal now , an integral part of , and one with the “all” . Embrace your Divine nature , your essence, and live as the manifestation of that Divinity, that timeless expression of love that is you .” “When you look at someone what do you see ? Could it be the filters of your mind , your experiences, your emotions? See beyond your mind and conditioning, see with your inner self and see you are are looking at a mirror of yourself. They are you , a spark of the Divine, a manifestation of the Oneness’s. There is no “them” , we are one .” “ If you are on a path to find your true self , the inner spark of the Divine from whence you came , expect to stumble and fall . You are fighting a lifetime of conditioning from parents, schools, societies and more . Influenced by media and relationships, driven by the needs of the ego and its will to survival. This battle takes place in your mind and with the emotions attached to your personal history. If you look at the universe, you are a spark of the Creator in a vast ocean of creation. Learn to leave the concerns of the mind and body behind. Your consciousness beyond the body is already one with the All . Hold onto this, when you stumble on your path , know that the whole of Creation is with you , the Divine is with you . When we suffer or stumble, these are the building blocks to overcoming the physical world. Through overcoming the earthly trials we learn that we are more than the body , more than the ego , we are Spirit , a child of a Divine Creation , a Divine Creator . Shake the “dust “ of this world from yourself and fan the spark that lives within until the spark becomes a flame , a light to your path on your imperfect journey home to the Source , realize you are the Light , you are the All.” “Don’t like yourself , you are investing your time and energy on a fiction , so sad . You’re lost in the false reality of your mind of which you can not escape , why , because you won’t look within, won’t embrace the Divine, won’t abandon your attachments. In this you are the walking dead , not living but playing at life . Wake up , you are so much more, one link in the Divine’s Creation. Your life and responsibility is to be the manifestation of the Divine encompassing all of Creation .Wake from the dream , you are the no self, the Oneness.” “ The Divine is greater than the mind . The mind is the false self , the ego . The Divine is everything. How we break free of the mind to becoming awareness, to live fully in Consciousness, fully in the One , is not of importance. That we awaken to our true self, that the sleeper awakens from the dream , is both an honorable goal and life . Be the Oneness, find your path home to yourself, know you have arrived, for you have never left. You are the Oneness.” “When we look in a mirror it is often to see how we look and improve upon it . Wash , shave , comb our hair , until we are satisfied with what we see . Now look at your fellow human beings and ask ‘what do I see’ , and if it is ugly , not in appearance but in behavior , realize you are looking in a mirror. The behavior we detest most in others is the behavior we hide in ourselves. As in mirror strive to correct yourself of the faults you see in others .
