There is trapped air in both an ice cube and an iceberg. They melt without any additional displacement.

The big icebergs sort of have their own gravity, which compresses the molecules more. It is way more dense and when it melts, it creates almost twice as much water as regular ice. I learnt this at a climate change seminar at a big college.
