If Democrats take the House, she wants “signature cases” against anyone who worked for Trump. Not just the president. The staffers. The aides. The kids fresh out of college who took a job. She said it plainly. She wants those young people to look at a Trump administration opening and think, “Lord, that might be buying myself a ton of problems I don’t want. Let me avoid participating in that.” Scare them out of public service with the threat of prosecution. She called it deterrence. Everyone else calls it a threat. Trump called her a lowlife. Mike Lee called it fascist. Mike Davis said it was textbook. Slotkin’s answer was the usual deflection. Manufactured outrage. She pointed at the investigation into her illegal-orders video and pretended she invented accountability. The mask is off. This is what they will do if they get the majority back. Weaponize the government to intimidate the next generation of conservatives. Make them afraid to take the job. Call it oversight, but they mean revenge. Voters still decide.
