The Strait of Hormuz is only 21 miles wide and 30 percent of the world’s crude oil is shipped through it. That flow has been completely disrupted and some experts say it will take many months before normal oil flow is restored—and that is contingent on ending the war with Iran.
The maniacal mullahs in Iran were feverishly working on a nuclear bomb and they had ballistic missiles to deliver them. The Iranian religious fanatics have never relinquished their quest to destroy Israel and the US, which they called “The Great Satan.” Something had to be done and previous presidents placated Tehran—Trump is finally doing something about it.
It looks like the war will take much longer than expected—they always do. And once Iran is defeated the world will no longer be held hostage by ideologies trying to get nuclear weapons. The blockade is in place and as the Secretary of War Hegseth says, ‘ironclad.”
Once the war is over, we hope Trump will have a chance to focus again on America—maybe restore election integrity and end the rampant corruption. Even better—he could end the Fed and abolish the income tax. Perhaps rebuild some infrastructure.
Finally, Trump should get us out of NATO and the UN. Both institutions have proven themselves to be worthless.
