Yesterday, what could have been a tragedy inside an H-E-B in Uvalde, Texas, was stopped thanks to the incredible bravery of two Texans.According to police, an armed man entered the store intending to confront his son. When he pulled out a handgun, an H-E-B manager immediately stepped in and physically confronted him. During the struggle, a shot was fired, but thankfully, nobody was injured. As the suspect attempted to leave, a customer stepped up and detained him until police arrived. No capes. No special recognition. Just two Texans who showed extraordinary courage when it mattered most. We’re thankful for these two brave individuals and grateful that everyone made it home safely.
