The knitting group claims to be filling a gap in the market, as the product description explains that ‘silicone prosthetics do not come in sizes appropriate for smaller bodies and can create unsightly and age-inappropriate shape.’ The ‘Bitty Bug® soft packer’, made for children, supposedly fixes that issue.
The California-based company also makes ‘the Lil’ Bug® and Lil’ Bug Jr.® in sizes suitable for teens and adults.’
Prosthetics are widely used by the transgender community to alleviate gender dysphoria. However, Stitchbug Studio has attracted criticism for creating them for children so young. Those who disapprove of the product question whether its target market even has an awareness of their genitals.
The queer-owned and operated company has since updated its website to say the product ‘is not for infants or very young children.’ It went on to note that ‘there has been some confusion for those who are not aware of what some trans youths go through and how prosthetics can help their experience.’

NEW: Georgia Election Board dumbfounded after finding out that 3,000 ballots were scanned twice in the 2020 election recount in Fulton County.
The board also revealed that 380,761 ballot images from machine count were “not available.”
Q: Does Fulton County know why there are not 380,761 ballot images from election day?
A: As with the investigators we have not been apprised of this allegation. This is the first I'm hearing about it.
General counsel for the secretary of state’s office Charlene McGowan confirmed that Fulton County broke the law in their recount.
“Fulton County used improper procedures during the recount of the presidential contest in 2020.”
Despite this, the board refused to approve further investigation.
