King Osiemo | Adventist Angels Watchman Radio The reported scramble by Iranian fishermen to recover valuable cargo from the sunken container ship GFS Pride raises a sobering question: When disaster creates an opportunity for gain, will we choose covetousness or conscience? 💰 MANY JUDAS FOR GAIN? Judas betrayed Jesus for thirty pieces of silver (Matthew 26:14–16). His story warns us that when money becomes more valuable than truth, loyalty, and righteousness, the conscience is in danger. The lesson is not to condemn everyone recovering cargo, but to examine our own hearts. ⚠️ THE FOUR LEPERS' EXTRAORDINARY MESSAGE When Samaria was starving, four lepers discovered that the Syrian army had fled, leaving abundant provisions behind. After initially taking food and valuables, they recognised their responsibility: 📖 “This day is a day of good tidings, and we hold our peace.” — 2 Kings 7:9 (KJV) They returned to announce the good news! What a lesson for God's church: We must not hoard the message of deliverance while the world remains spiritually hungry. 🕊️ THE FOUR ANGELS HOLDING THE WINDS Revelation 7:1–3 presents four angels holding the winds until God's servants are sealed. In Adventist prophetic understanding, this points to the restraint of destructive forces while God's sealing work proceeds. The four lepers are not identified in Scripture as the four angels. Yet their story challenges us to announce deliverance while the opportunity remains. 🌍 PETER'S VISION AND THE WORLDWIDE GOSPEL Acts 10 teaches that God does not want us to call people common or unclean. The everlasting gospel must reach every nation, kindred, tongue, and people (Revelation 14:6–12). 📢 THE WATCHMAN'S APPEAL The world's treasures may perish. Commercial systems may be shaken. Nations may struggle for resources. But Jesus asks: “For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?” — Mark 8:36.
