Zelensky has restarted strikes on Russian oil refineries and is demanding tens of billions more in European funding to keep the war going. This comes even after Trump specifically asked him to stop the attacks so peace talks could move forward.America has already sent tens of billions of dollars. In return Zelensky keeps fighting, rejects elections, and treats the person trying to broker a deal as an obstacle. Trump has noted that dealing with Zelensky is harder than dealing with Putin, and the pattern is clear.It is time to cut off the aid completely. The bloodshed needs to end, and Ukraine should hold elections rather than bank on a future change in Washington to restart the funding pipeline.
