Oh wow, maybe we should…Free Palestine? Canada, alongside Australia, France and the United Kingdom, expresses deep regret over the postponement of Palestinian elections until September 2027. Nearly two decades have passed since the last Palestinian Legislative Council elections, leaving an entire generation without the opportunity to elect its representatives. We call on the Palestinian Authority to reconsider this decision and to take the necessary steps to hold legislative and presidential elections, without further delay.
