Truckers Heard the AMBER Alert, Boxed the Car In on Interstate 24, and Brought a 2-Year-Old Home.A 2-year-old boy had been taken nearly 200 miles from home when an AMBER Alert hit truckers on Interstate 24. Jim Lowe matched the car and the plate, then radioed drivers ahead instead of chasing it alone.Three semis pulled into a moving roadblock. They slowed the car from highway speed to about 30 mph and held it there until police arrived. The boy, Cael Whitehead, was recovered alive.
