#new Judge Beryl Howell and Judge James Boasberg secretly conspired with Jack Smith to bring charges against President Donald Trump before the 2024 election. #DC Senator Chuck Grassley exposed the pair of 'activist' judges during a hearing on the Arctic Frost investigation saying Chief Judge Howell “even met privately with the partisan prosecution to help them map out strategy,” and that Howell and Chief Judge Boasberg “complicitly rubber stamped” orders that hid phone-record subpoenas from the people who were being spied on. #judge Grassley released the underlying Justice Department briefing back in March and Judicial Watch sued the department in June to get every calendar entry, note, and recording of those meetings. Those extra records are not out yet. Jack Smith indicted President Donald Trump on 37 federal counts in Miami in June 2023 in the unclassified documents case where it was discovered that the images claiming Classified documents were found at Mar-a-Lago were staged. Details: 🔴September 28, 2026 Howell helped prosecutors map strategy and that both judges signed off on secrecy orders without pushing back. 🔴June 9, 2026 Judicial Watch sued the Justice Department for records of meetings between Jack Smith’s team and Howell or Boasberg from December 2022 through April 2023. 🔴March 24, 2026: ➡️Grassley released an “AG BRIEFING” dated January 13, 2023. ➡️It was written for Attorney General Merrick Garland. ➡️Smith’s team wrote that Howell “liked our approach of pursuing the executive privilege litigation in an omnibus fashion.” ➡️A later line says the chief judge “knows it is coming and loves idea.” ➡️The same page lists “Judge Boasberg = March 18.” 🔴March 17, 2023 ➡️Howell’s last day as chief judge. ➡️She ruled the crime-fraud exception beat attorney-client privilege and ordered lawyer Evan Corcoran’s notes turned over to Smith’s team. 🔴March 17–18, 2023: ➡️Boasberg became chief judge on the 17th. ➡️The January notes had already slotted a meeting with him for the 18th. 🔴June 8–9, 2023 ➡️A grand jury in the Southern District of Florida returned a 37-count indictment. It was unsealed June 9. 🔴July 15, 2024 Judge Aileen Cannon dismissed the case. 🔴November 2024 ➡️After Trump won, the Justice Department dropped both federal cases. ➡️Grassley said the judges drafted charges, promised a conviction, and agreed topple the government.
