That same day she signed ten executive orders.One of them rescinded Glenn Youngkin's order that told Virginia law enforcement to help federal immigration officers. Another put "affirmative measures" back into state hiring for minorities and women. Another started the teardown of Youngkin's university boards. At the University of Virginia she moved on the board within hours.That is not a moderate finding her footing. That is a Democrat doing on day one what she could not say out loud on the trail.Voters heard kitchen-table talk. They got sanctuary policy, DEI language, and a purge of the last governor's appointees before dinner.This is the playbook. Smile through October. Govern like the left in January. Then ask why people stopped believing the next moderate.If you have to hide the agenda to win, the agenda is the story.Spanberger told Virginia she would focus on costs. Her first hours in office focused on ICE cooperation, race preferences in hiring, and who sits on college boards. That is the hard left.
