A California judge just approved the $110 billion merger of Paramount Skydance and Warner Bros. Discovery. CNN now sits under the ownership of Larry and David Ellison, longtime supporters of President Trump who have stood by him when it counted.The new company unites Warner Bros. studios, HBO Max, CNN, Paramount Pictures, CBS, and Paramount+. As part of the settlement it must release at least 30 films a year and spend an extra $1.5 billion on American production over the next five years.This is a seismic change in who controls the cameras and the newsrooms. After years of one-sided coverage, a major network is finally in the hands of people who put the country first. Hollywood jobs stay here, and the era of unchecked media bias just took a serious hit.
