Sure, he was an easy target. He was big, dressed in hoodies instead of three-piece suits, and he suffered from depression. Still, his Democratic base loved him and they held high hopes for his ability to fight against Trump and the Republican Party. Now that base hates him—less than 30 percent of Democrats in Pennsylvania support him. That’s because Fetterman wants to save his party from going too far left. It turns out Fetterman was not crazy after all—his party was. Fetterman has been attempting to inject reason and logic into the wayward Democrat Party and drag them toward sanity. Democrats used to support the Constitution and said ‘The Pledge of Allegiance’ like everyone else. We had two parties, but the common ground was they were all patriots. That’s no longer the case. Democrats nowadays hate America and want socialism, an outright end to the Electoral College, open borders, and even ending the presidency. They want a government that will leave Socialists in permanent power. The big blue mobs in the city will rule. Higher taxes and open borders will be the norm. Fetterman insists he’s still a Democrat—he simply wants his party back—the kind of party that supported the middle class instead of trying to destroy it.
