Court Gave Ciara Watkin 21 Months After Hiding Being Biologically Male During Sex.Watkin, 21, was convicted of two counts of sexual assault and one count of assault by penetration. Durham Crown Court imposed 21 months, 10 years on the sex-offenders register, and a lifelong restraining order.They met on Snapchat. Prosecutors said Watkin hid transgender status and male genitalia. The victim said he would not have agreed if he had known Watkin was biologically male. Watkin told him she was menstruating so he would not touch below the waist.Judge Peter Makepeace KC said the victim was deceived from start to finish. Under UK law that invalidated consent.
