In 2023 Karine Jean-Pierre revoked African journalist Simon Ateba’s press pass because she considered his questions “disruptive.”After suing he was told he could stand in the back of the briefing room, and was never called on despite being the only African journalist. None of these legacy propaganda “news” outlets put out a statement in support of his First Amendment rights or boycotted Joe Biden in solidarity. Not one.
