The cartoon puts the press in the witness chair with a long nose and a name tag that says PRESS.The confession is printed on the page. Maybe they lied about Biden’s health. And Russian collusion. And Covid. And Hunter’s laptop. And voter fraud. And January 6th. And Ukraine. And Epstein. And Hollywood. Then they still want you to trust them when they say Trump is a threat to democracy.That is not a joke. That is how they operate.The mainstream media is a disgrace. They drip with bias. They do not even try to hide it. They are DNC talking heads with better lighting.Turn on CNN or MSNBC and you hear the same couple of sentences on every show. Same words. Same outrage. Same talking points. It is glaringly obvious they are reading from the same script.They push whatever story the Democratic Party needs that day. They lie outright. They lie by leaving the rest of the story out. They use shame and fear. They tell you to be afraid of the other side while they cover for their own.They spent years telling the country President Biden was sharp. In February 2024 Special Counsel Robert Hur wrote that Biden came across as a well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory. Networks called the videos cheap fakes until a debate made the lie impossible to keep.They spent years calling Hunter Biden’s laptop Russian disinformation. It was his laptop. They moved on to the next script and never paid a price.People ate a lot of it. For a while.Then the audience walked. In 2025 CNN averaged 573,000 primetime viewers, down 16 percent from the year before. MSNBC averaged 915,000 and lost 40 percent of the 25 to 54 audience advertisers pay for. By August 2026 CNN was still sitting around 624,000 in primetime.A free press is supposed to check power. This press picked a party and then protected it. When the facts contradicted the narrative, they did not correct the record. They changed the subject.If you only tell the truth when it helps one side, you do not have news. You have a campaign.If they were wrong on Biden’s health and the laptop, why take the same voices at their word on Trump?
