24. Wherefore shew ye to them, and before the churches, the proof of your love, 2 Corinthians 8:24; KJV. Paul teaches in chapter 8 that giving is the character of God; Christ left heaven to save us. God values willingness more than the amount; giving should be done with integrity and accountabilit. Generosity is proof of love and strengthens the church. The Macedonians gave joyfully to the church in Jerusalem despite their poverty. Christ's sacrifice should inspire our generosity; give even when resources are small. Handle money and ministry with integrity; support fellow believers in need. Let your giving reflect your love for Christ. You cannot outgive our God. The lessons: God's favor produces generosity, so give joyfully. Give as if you are giving to Christ the Lord. God accepts what we give from a willing heart. Be faithful in the handling of God's resources. Generosity unites and strengthens the body of Christ. In today's verse, giving is an expression of love; let your actions show your love for Christ and His people. Amen.
