Apparently… Taif Sami Mohammed al-Shakarchi, Iraq’s former finance minister, was placed on the FBI Terrorist Watchlist, and the State Department revoked her U.S. visa. In 2022, while serving as a senior Iraqi finance official, she received the International Women of Courage Award from Secretary of State Antony Blinken and First Lady Jill Biden.
