JESUS CHRIST IS NOT YOUR JOKE.By Jeham Ezekiel Andalio AgbagalaYou laughed at His name because you thought His silence meant He was powerless. You mocked what heaven calls holy because judgment did not come immediately. Then life reminds you how fragile everything really is.A place can be standing today—and devastated tomorrow.Homes can become rubble.Roads can be swallowed by mud.Streets can become rivers.Families can be separated in a moment. The strongest buildings can collapse.People can lose everything they thought was secure. And suddenly, the things people boast about—money, comfort, status, possessions, pride—mean absolutely nothing. But do not make the foolish claim that every tragedy is God's punishment for a particular sin.We are not given permission to point at suffering and declare,“They deserved it.”Jesus Himself warned against that kind of thinking.“Suppose ye that these Galilaeans were sinners above all the Galilaeans, because they suffered such things?”— Luke 13:2, KJVThe point is not to look at another person's tragedy and feel superior. The point is to look at how fragile life is—and WAKE UP.---“BE NOT DECEIVED; GOD IS NOT MOCKED.”— Galatians 6:7, KJVYou can laugh at Jesus. You can ridicule His name. You can pretend nothing will ever happen. But your confidence does not make you untouchable.GOD'S PATIENCE IS NOT WEAKNESS.---“The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom.”— Proverbs 9:10, KJVYou called reverence foolishness. You called the name of Jesus a joke. You laughed because you thought there would always be another tomorrow. But tragedy has a way of exposing how quickly “tomorrow” can disappear.---“The LORD shall not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain.”— Exodus 20:7, KJVDo not use Christ's name as entertainment.Do not turn holy things into comedy simply because you have not yet faced consequences.THE FACT THAT YOU ARE STILL BREATHING IS NOT PROOF THAT GOD DOES NOT CARE.---“For our God is a consuming fire.”— Hebrews 12:29, KJVStorms come.Earth shakes.Floods rise.Buildings fall.Lives change in a moment. And every tragedy should remind the living of one brutal truth:YOU ARE NOT IN CONTROL.---“For he cometh, for he cometh to judge the earth.”— Psalm 96:13, KJVThere will be a day when the laughter stops. The sarcasm stops. The mockery stops. The excuses stop. Not because disaster finally proved your opinion wrong—but because CHRIST WILL NO LONGER BE TREATED AS A JOKE.So while you still have breath,STOP MOCKING JESUS CHRIST.Not because you should live terrified of every tragedy—but because HE IS WORTHY OF HOLY FEAR AND PROFOUND HONOR.
