Apparently, a Queens woman identified as Pamela Cisneros allegedly stabbed two strangers in Times Square on August 31, killing a 32-year-old woman and seriously injuring a 68-year-old man. Officers confronted Cisneros near the NYPD Times Square substation while she was holding two large kitchen knives. According to police, officers repeatedly ordered her to drop the knives for several minutes, used Tasers that did not stop her, and then two officers shot her after she advanced toward them.
