The jury has already spent hours reviewing the evidence and still walks out without a decision. That delay does nothing for Cora, Dawson, or Callan.She sent her husband on an errand, used what was in the house, and then tried to follow them. Mental illness is serious, but it does not erase the planning or the fact that three innocent kids are gone. Responsibility still exists even when someone is struggling.Those children deserved better than this drawn-out process. A verdict that treats their lives as sacred is the only outcome that honors them. Anything short of that fails the only people who cannot speak for themselves.
