Not wrong. But England has been on a trajectory for self-destruction since the late 1950's, at least.
Seems to me they made the wrong decisions, coming out of the privations fo WW2, and chose the slow death we are witnessing the end game of now.

The people in charge of England and the people in charge of the US are the same, and they are not the English and/or Americans. No country makes such suicidal decisions, as these two have since "winning" WWII, on their own. Only blackmail explains it. Lots and lots of blackmail.
