The same framework is already operating inside America through Sharia arbitration tribunals that quietly handle hundreds of family, marriage, divorce, and custody cases every year under traditional rules that treat women and girls as subordinate.The American left that claims to champion women and children goes silent the moment the abuser claims religious or cultural cover. They will scream about imaginary threats while ignoring actual little girls being handed over to adult men.Protecting minors is non-negotiable. Importing parallel legal systems that enable this is a direct threat to American girls.No child should ever be forced into a “marriage” that is really just legalized abuse.
