Bernie Sanders made a complete fool of himself during a live podcast when he opened a direct line to a sailor on board the USS Abraham Lincoln.The sailor was describing the horrible conditions, with Bernie screaming in approval the way he does, when they let the cat out of the bag: They were playing him.First Mate Joseph Barron zoomed out to the full view of the mess hall, where hundreds of sailors were enjoying steak and lobster from a recent resupply.The Navy regularly provides the meal as a morale booster. Sailors on the Lincoln say the feast has been "almost weekly" since their deployment was extended.What's really important is that they made Sanders look silly.
